Red and blue lights flashing... Sirens in the background.. They rip me off my brother. There yelling and taking him away. I'm screaming and crying. The police have to take me. Naomi is trying to calm me down.
They take me and Naomi to the hospital in the police car. The police stay with us in the waiting room. They take Naomi back and interrogate her. As I wait I listen the the beeps from peoples heartbeat. Naomi comes out and they take me back.
"Hello Calix" said the police officer. I didn't say hello back.
"Can you tell me what happened and possible who did this to your brother?" the police officer says to me calmly.
I reply and answer, "My sister and I were in her room, listening to Fallon and my father shout at each other. They always yell at each other. My father isn't a good person. He shot my brother, Fallon. It all happened so fast."
I start tearing up and the police can tell. She tells me, "If you need to take a break let me know. Just take you time."
I shake my head. I continue, "My sister and me didn't see him shoot him but he had the gun. I went to check to make sure everything was alright. I saw my father already halfway out the door. He had the gun in his hand. I saw it. My brother was there. On the floor bleeding. I yelled for my sister to call 911. I applied pressure to stop the bleeding..."
The police hands me a tissue box just in case. The police says to me, "Do you know what type of gun he had?"
I look at her. I reply, "I think it was a pistol. Just please don't let my brother die. We need him."
"Your brother will be alright. We will make sure we arrest your father and make sure he deservers what he did to your brother" She says to me.
I leave the room. I sit down next to Naomi. I had a bad feeling. Please keep pushing brother. I hear a code go off for him. Nurses and doctors rush to him. I see them doing chest compressions. They call it. They cover him up with the covers. I breakdown and cry.
Fallon...
