El and Max came inside and sat on the bed.
Max: Can we play truth or dare? I've always wanted to play it with someone.
El: Yeah sure! It sounds like fun!
Max: Truth or dare?
El: Hm. Truth.
Max: Who's your favourite person in the party?
El: You of course!
Max: Awww thank you.
El: Truth or dare.
Max: Dare.
El: Hmm. How about...?
El paused for about ten seconds, then she smiled softly.
El: You kiss me.
Max: What..?
Max's face was burning and her heart was beating.
El: You kiss me..
Max: Wha-
El: You know what. Never mind. That was stupid of me to say. Sorry.
Max stroked El's cheek, them kissed her passionately. They stared into eachothers eyes, and it was the best 5 seconds Max El had ever experienced.
El put her arms around Max's neck and buried her head in her shoulder. They sat like that for a couple minutes, and then Max broke the silence.
Max: What about the others? What if they find us weird?
El: Then they aren't true friends. All that matters is that we have eachother.
Max: Yeah, your right.
Hopper came in to the room, and El and Max immediately jumped apart.
Hopper: What do you kids want for dinner?
El: Whatever is fine, thanks dad.
Max just nodded and smiled.
Hopper: Alright. Mash potato and sausages sound good?
El: Yes thank you.
Hopper smiled and left the room. Max and El laughed.
Max: That was too close.
El: Yeah. I guess we will have to he more careful.
Max: Want to carry on playing truth or dare?
El: Yes!
Max: Truth or dare?
El: Dare!
Max: Ask Hopper if he likes Joyce.
El: Pfft. I already know the answer.
El went into the next room and the next thing Max heard was Hopper yell "what? no!". 1 minute later El walked into the bedroom.
El: He definitely does.
El sat next to Max on the bed than rested her head on her shoulder.
Max was never happier next to El, and El was never happier next to Max.
