It was a day like any other but a special day took place it was my story and today I will tell it to you."Oh well you know Zeus he is the king of all gods."said Aiden the small scruffy boy with brown hair and blue eyes."I know that but have you heard of Poseidon the God of the sea?"I asked him with my brown hair swaying is the wind."Of course Ive heard of him Ruby!"he replied "I wonder what is like to be a god". "We have to get inside now"I whispered as the bell rang.Then as I sat down at my table Aiden whispered "Any ideas on what it's like being a God?"
"Not so far"I replied. Then our teacher miss Garner spun around and marched towards me"who are you talking to missie?"she spat at me "Aiden"I replied nervously "You two are in detention for three weeks!!"She shouted at us."Great"I mumbled under my breath."Now you two what does this say?she screeched and pointed at the board." noitneted ?"Aidan asked "grr dyslexic pepole!" She said the advanced towards us turning into a huge bat like creature with razor sharp dagger like claws. "O oh" I screamed then the most amazing idea popped into my head...

Chapter 2
THE GREAT PLAN
"Quick pass me your switch blade!"I shouted while dodging great swipes from miss Garner "she confiscated it" he panted as miss Garners tail tried to hit him. Then I grabbed the key to the cupboard and ran down the corridor to get his blade. As soon as I opened the door I saw his blade it glinted in the light,I ran to the class room and threw it at miss then she turned into a yellow dust on the floor."Don't tell anyone"Aiden said Then we ran into the corridor and clambered through an open window into the car park."where should we go?"I asked Aiden panting "I don't know how about the abandoned mall?"he said through great gaping breaths."well where ever we go we should get there soon because I think it will rain..."

Chapter 3
THE MALL
"It's cold in here isn't it?"I said shivering as my foot steps echoed along the mall "there is a bed shop over there come on!" Aiden screamed and ran towards the shop."Just be quiet" I whispered "I have the feeling some one is watching us".
"Oh come on get in here at least we have somewhere to sleep."He said with a mad twinkle in his eyes. "Fine just don't wake up until half past seven "I said as I walked across the beds. Then all of a sudden ropes lashed around our legs and pulled us over "ouch!my head"Said Aiden as more ropes lashed around our arms. Struggling to free my self Aidens knife fell out my pocket I just managed to reach it and cut my self free then I stood up and cut Aiden free. When we got out the shop he said "Thanks for saving me "
"It's fine" I whispered back then we fell asleep on the floor... To our surprise we woke up with three pepole standing over us "Hi"said the girl with blonde hair "I'm Annabeth that's Percy and that's Grover"
"I'm Ruby and that's Aiden" I said a little shaken "come with us" Annabeth said
