Trauma & Dates?! {Pt.2}

~Yume's POV~

My face was dark red as I turned to look down at my feet.

Suddenly my old ragged converse seemed interesting as I kicked around tiny pebbles.

"I heard voices, so I decide to come out." I looked up as Haru began to speak.

That same blank look he gives everyone until he goes black.

He looked at me and his tone changed only slightly,"Did...by any chance, Yuki come here?"

I figured he would ask that so I nodded,"Yes he did. But after I bumped into you I didn't see where they were going. So I'm just lost now."

Haru stared off into the distance and it was a bit odd.

Although I've seen them all do it here and there in the show, in person it struck me as strange.

"Akito! What are you doing to this girl? She's a guest of ours!" I heard a muffled scream come from inside one of the many little houses the surrounded us.

Haru looked towards a certain little one closer to the gates.

That's all I needed to run straight for it.

Although I didn't get far before I collided with another person.

A smaller person.

"Shit! Sorry." I went to stand but got yanked down again and pulled into a hug.

The other body was shaking and small sobs were emitting from it.

Deep brown hair hit my face as the wind picked up a bit.

Ashuri.

I clinged onto her for dear life not knowing what could've just happened.

She cringed when I grabbed her by her arms and pulled her back.

"I-I'm so sorry...! He w-was just right there a-a-and...!" She collapsed into my shoulder once more as I checked her arms.

One was punctured in a few places and blood was seeping out.

My teeth grinded against each other I'm anger.

"Head of the fucking family or not I swear that guy will pay Ash." I moved her back with her shoulders and smiled sadly.

She tried to smile back,"Yu-Yu, can we go home please? I wanna go home and just watch anime and eat everything I see."

I laughed a little but shook my head,"First we need to find Hitori so he can fix your arm up. It IS Akito's fault your hurt."

She smiled sadly as well as we stood to our feet.

This must suck for her...

'She really had the biggest crush on Akito. And for her to be in a world were these characters are real. It must be even harder than just silently liking a fictional character.' My though traveled around the same thing as we walked along side Haru who had lead us.

He didn't say anything after Ash had broken down in my arms.

He knocked on a door and we stood there until another man's voice spoke out,"Come in."

The door slide open and we all walked in.

Hitori was sitting at his desk with Momiji sitting on it and Yuki standing besides it.

Kyou was somewhere else or hiding.

I looked at Hitori with an angered expression and pulled on Ash's arm slightly.

"You're little sick boy did this." I held her arm out gently and pointed to the scratches and splinters sticking out.

Momiji started tearing up and Yuki turned his head from view.

I had Ashuri sit on the patient bed and hold her arm out," I'd appreciate if you could take care of her arm for us."

Hitori didn't say a word either.

He simply nodded and stood up, grabbing bandages and other needed supplies.

He kneeled in front of Ash and started pulling out the splinters with some tweezers.

I held her hand as he did that and proceeded to clean it.

Momiji watched as Hitori dabbed the blood away and added disinfectant to it.

To finish it off he wrapped her arm up.

"That should be fine. It isn't bad but it will take a few days to close the punctures. Until then just change the bandages everyday and make sure to keep it clean." He handed me a set of extra bandages and I just nodded as a thank you.

I stood to my feet prepared to ask Shigure or Yuki if we could leave until I heard a branch snap outside and a thud could be heard.

Looking out the open door I saw nothing unusual...except for the fact that Kyou was lying face first on the ground.

I stared blankly,"Kyou! Don't you know that dirt isn't for human consumption?"

Momiji giggled, Yuki chuckled slightly, and Hitori and Haru smiled.

Heck even Ash smiled.

Good. I succeeded in lightening the mood.

Kyou didn't find it very funny and stood up a bit to quickly.

"YEA YEA I KNOW! DONT START O-" Again he slipped and fell to the ground.

This time I even laughed.

This guy sure is an idiot sometimes.

IM SO SORRY.

I know I don't update regularly but with my surgery coming up and such I've had south to deal with!

School, doctors, therapy, family issues, constant sickness, and babysitting.

It's hard to juggle that all and continue my stories regularly.

So from now on I won't say when I'm updating unless people comment.

I'll notify the people who do comment when I can update and hopefully it'll work.

Like today I did just that.
