Zane Mizuki is the current Kamen Rider OOO, who always helps anyone in need, especially in a corrupted land. He has the help of Ankh, the candroids and the taimanins, who will get attracted to him.
(Zane, Tokuro, Francis and Skylar are seen walking down the streets as they see citizens running away from the Heavenly Kings.)

(Then they transform into Kamen Rider OOO, Birth, Aqua and Mirai-OOO.)

(OOO changes forms, and then punches Orobas backwards before scanning his medals.)

(OOO leaps through three energy rings that are formed in front of him, and double punches Orobas.)

(Birth shoots Nielsen while Mirai-OOO kicks Vinea backwards. Aqua uses his water manipulation powers to bring down Simurgh, and then the three prepare to finish their enemies.)
CELL BURST!
(Birth shoots Nielsen, pulverizing him while Mirai-OOO and Aqua kick through Viena and Simurgh.)
