Backstory: Francis Edward is an American man, who found out that he can manipulate water when he was playing at the seas. Once Nomad found out about his ability, Edwin Black sent his best men to capture him, and his parents paid the price because they were killed in front of him. Some years later, he started fighting orcs and rapists as Kamen Rider Aqua, and met a woman named Rebecca Lee, who became fond of him. They started fighting together and even helping the Taimanins against the Nomad. Francis is ready to face his enemies and avenge his parents.
