WATCHERS POV

after dinner, everyone said bye to each other and went home. louis and valerie on the other hand decided to go to the skatepark. louis said he had his skateboard in the back of his car, and since valerie's leg was better, she agrees to go with him.

"i haven't skated in ages. i have been so busy with life." valerie groans and rolls her head back . "yeah. i haven't either. i have been busy with you for two weeks." louis smiles at her gently through the rear view mirror. she rolls her eyes playfully and sighs staring out the window.

as they pull up to the parking area valerie wonders what time it is. "hey lou. what time is it?" she asks him. "its 11pm. why? something up?" he questions. "no, no. i was just wondering. im kinda over curfew, but its fine. dad doesnt have to know, he's hot home anyway." she explains.

louis nods before undoing his seatbelt and getting out. valerie does the same and they go to the back to get his skateboard then they go to the skatepark. "you ready?" louis asks her. she gives him a nod and grabs the boys hand before getting on the board.

"i can skate im just scared of falling." explains the girl and louis tightens his grip on her hand so shes more secure. "it's fine. take your time and tell me if you want to stop." he says making her slightly blush.

valerie controls her balance and slowly starts to skate on louis's skateboard. after getting the hang of it, she decides to let go of his hand, but then realises that wasn't a good idea.

she trips up slightly causing her to stumble and fall over onto the boy. thankfully louis catches her and hold her. she sighs and looks up to him. "you okay?" he questions. but as valerie is about to say yes, she gets caught up in the boys dreamy eyes.

they make eye contact, but it isn't like before. it isn't like all those times this happened. its different. there's a wave of electricity, and they can both feel it. before thinking, louis crashes his lips onto valerie's. they stay still and kiss in the moonlight. this isn't like their first kiss, its so much better.

they both slowly start to run out of breath, so valeried pulls out and looks the boy in the eyes. "louis!" she says panicked for some odd reason. "what!" he also panicked because he thinks something is wrong. "you just kissed me bro!" she explains. "first of all, you kissed back, and second, 'bro'? ouch. i just got friend zone me like that." he clicks his fingers once.

"i mean.. it was nice." she whispers bot expecting him to hear. "hm? what's that?" he smirks. "you heard me." she smiles. he moves her hair out of her face and softly pulls her in again.

"i love you." he says as their foreheads touch. "mhm." valerie mumbles, because shes finding it hard to find the right words. "dont you love me back darling?" he asks moving his forehead away from hers.

"yeah no. i do love you."

"good."

"and where have you been may i ask?" valerie is asked as soon as she steps foot into her house. she looks up to see her father sitting in the living room with a mug of what seems to be coffee.

"umm. i- i was with louis.." she explains. "you were with louis? where were you two, because its quite late if you ask me and i dont want my teenage daughter sneaking around with boys in the middle of the night doing god knows what." he raises an eyebrow.

"we were at the skatepark." she puts her bag up on the hanger and walks over to where her father is sitting. "doing what?" he questions her.

"skateboarding." she simply answers taking a seat across her dad. "at this time?! its midnight valerie!" he says. "dad, calm down. we were at dinner with the cast, and then me and lou decided us two should go skateboarding. not a big deal." she explains.

"at least call me back!" he sighs. "my phone died." valerie shrugs. "bullshit." robert mumbles. "em, rob. language." says a voice from behind which valerie recognises as chris.

"hey val." he smiles at her holding whilst two cups of tea, one which he gives to the girls dad. "thanks." robert mumbles. "hey." valerie smiles at chris, who is now sitting down next to her.

"how are you?" he asks. "good. long time no see." she chuckles. "mhm. i know, what's it been... a few days?" he faces a tired robert sipping on his tea. "hows louis?" as soon as chris mentions him robert raises an eyebrow asan tunes into the conversation.

"good." valerie answers while checking her phone. "imma head up. im tired. night." she jogs upstairs and finishes the conversation like that. as she walks in, she shuts the door and leans against it with her eyes closed.

"took you long enough." says a thick british accent. valerie shrieks and covers her mouth as she opens her eyes to a wet haired louis. "my car broke down. i was trying to fix it but it started raining and i decided the best idea was to come here. i hope you dont mind." he shrugs with a polite smile.

"yeah, no. its fine. do you want a towel?" she asks him ask he runs a hand through his hair. "nah, im fine." he rubs his eyes. "okay." valerie smiles at him. "do you wanna watch the stars?".

"where?" he questions. "on the roof." valerie points up. "i don't see why not." the boy shrugs as valerie heads to the window and climbs out of it to go up.
