Chapter 9

The next morning

I get up and go shopping for dinner one day this week.  It would be 9 am and I kiss his head good morning. I wouldn't be mad at him just mad at that girl. I sigh and look for noodles. I find the last box of noodles. I check that off my list. I have cheese, sweet potatoes, greens, raw chicken, etc. All I need is orange crush, pringles, vanilla wafers, Cheez-Its, cake mix, icing, fondant, etc. I grab everything I need and I find more of his breakfast powder for breakfast smoothies. I find myself some frozen fruit and almond milk for my smoothies. I go up front and pay for everything and go to my car. I put the food in my trunk and I drive to the gas station to get gas. I go inside and I get slushies for me and him. I grab a bag of Takis and a bag of Cheeto paws for him. I pay for the gas and snacks and leave. I take the gas pump out of the car and I drive back home. I get the food in the house and I Kiss him good morning. He'd say "i-im sorry about last night, I didn't know her I swear and if I did I would have warned you" I smile and I say "hey it's ok I was never mad at you I'm just pissed at the girl but you know what I'm gonna out do her on the pole and show her who's boss.' He smiles and says "that's my girl" I giggle and say "I have plans for us today"  I hand him his slushie and I say "I love you," He says "I love you too" I finish getting the food out o" f the car and he helps me put the food away. We drink our slushies. I say "put your swimsuit on" I go grab a cute beach bag out of the back of my trunk and bring it inside. The bag would contain flip flops, my bathing suit, my coverup for my bathing suit, and my towel. I go change into my bathing suit putting my swimsuit coverup on. He comes downstairs and says "where are we going?" I say "You'll see" he has his towel as I pack the snacks and a few sodas in a cooler and my beach bag. He says " finnne, but just know I hate surprises but whatever." I say "also grab a change of clothes you'll need them" He smiles and says "yes ma'am," I say "ill see you in the car." I put the top down and I see him walk out of the house locking the door. He put the clothes in the trunk and closes it. He hops in the car and we drive to the beach. It would take 45 min to an hour due to traffic. We get to the beach where there are food shops and a boardwalk. We find free street parking. I get my beach bag out of the trunk that has our snacks and he carries the small cooler with water and sodas in it. We cross the street to the beach and we set up. I pull out the inflatable beach ball and we blow that up. It would be 2:30 when we get settled in. He puts sunscreen on me and I put sunscreen on him with a little heart on his back without him knowing. I giggle and we play with the beach ball. Some girls would come up to us and would ask if we want to join them. We say "yeah why not" We would play beach volleyball with them and we'd have fun. I checked my watch and it would be 4:30 pm we head back to our area and would watch the sunset and eat the few snacks we have. We decide to walk around a bit and shop. I look at some cute fits and ask him for his opinion. He'd say those are cute but a bit revealing you know." I nod and I grab a pair of ripped jeans. I realize school is tomorrow and we'd have to get up in the morning. We go up to check out and he pays for it. I thank him as the guy puts my stuff in the bag. The guy at the counter would say "nice ass" I see jp get fed up and I hold his hand. We go to get wings and fries from hooters. We would be seated and he sits me on his lap. The girl would come by and ask us what we'd like to drink. I say "rootbeer please," and He says "sprite please," She says "ill be right out with drinks" We look through the menu and decide to get 20 mild wings and a big basket of fries. We put the menus down and we talk and take pictures. the girl would come back with our menus and would say "hey I've seen you around before" He says "you have?" She says "yeah your Adrian's best friend right?" He says "yeah I am" She smiles and says "nice to meet you are you ready to order?" We both nod and I order what we're getting. "ranch or blue cheese?" she asks "ranch" he says. she says "alright ill put those in" Me and Jp would talk about past relationships and what made us become the way we were. Throughout talking the food would come out and we'd eat. I get up and sit across from him resting my foot on his leg. He says "are you enjoying your food love?" I say "mhm its delicious" He smiles and I say "the fries are a bit cold tho" He grabs the waiter and he says "can we get hot fries there cold" The girl would apologize and would say "ill get you another basket I'm really sorry." I smile and say "it's okay" We continue eating our wings and the girl would bring the hot fries out.  I say "thank you" and would eat some of the fries. They would be better and hot. We eat the food up and would have leftovers. We get a box pay for the food upfront and would then leave. He'd offer to carry the beach bag and id say no it's fine. We walk to my car loaded everything in the trunk and would drive home. I ask if there was anything we want to get before we get home. He shakes his head no and we go straight home. I get the stuff out of the trunk and would throw the dirty towels in the washing machine. I take my swimwear off and would go upstairs to get a shower. He jumps in with me and washes my back. I kiss him and he kisses me back. I wash his back and we finish washing up. We get in bed and snuggle with each other. We watch movies and just relax for the rest of the night falling asleep beside each other.
