A letter with words written in liquid gold, that shimmered as light hit, sat on the extravagant white table.

***
Raziel,
You are ordered to be present at tomorrow's court. Do not, be late.

Zadkiel,
Head of Dominion
***

Raziel read out loud. A wave of panic filled his mind. Did they find out?

He sat down on the white wood chair with a heavy thud. It was only now that he actually realized what the consequences of his actions would be.

It was an unforgivable crime to even speak about demons unless absolutely necessary. And Raziel had literally bought one here.

The more you think about them, the more it gives them power.
Manifestation leads to existence.

Raziel tried contacting Celeste, for the first time in four years. He had completely cut her off after her little stunt with Silvius.

After a few minutes of waiting, Celeste answered.

"Oh! Raziel?" She sounded happy.
"Celeste." He said hesitantly
"How are you?" The other asked

"I would be great if it weren't for a letter from the Dominion." He rolled his eyes in frustration.

"Letter?" She asked out of curiosity.
"Don't tell me you have no idea about the mess"
He replied a hint of annoyance in his tone.

"I really don't. Is something wrong?" Concern was evident in her voice.

"No. Every thing's fine." Sarcasm dripped as he said that, and was about to cut the call.

"Raziel! Wait! I can help."
"I don't see how or why you would help me, after your last stunt."

"No. I'm sorry. I genuinely thought that getting rid of 'it' would help you...
But i see the progress you've made with him, i was wrong. I'm sorry for what I did."

"I'm sorry, you see?" Raziel was confused.
"Uh- don't be mad, but i sort of have eyes on you."
Hearing the words from celeste, Raziel nearly fell out of his chair.

"You what!?" He screamed.

"I'm sorry. I was just worried."

"You showed this to the Dominion didn't you?"
He shook his head as if putting two and two together.

"No. I did no such thing. Do you not know me? I would never rat you out. I'm sorry please."  She sounded hurt.

The angles usually never hold grudges, they are hardwired to take the high road. So, after much contemplation Raziel invited her over.

While Raziel waited for Celeste, Silvius came to the room announcing that dinner  was ready.

The pair went outside to the dining room, and two plates were set on the table holding slightly burnt spaghetti.

They took their seats, and silvius looked at Raziel hopefully.

When Raziel didn't take a bite, Silvius held up a fork trying to feed him.

Raziel was broken out of his thoughts when he sensed the fork in front of his mouth.

"What are you doing?" He asked Confusedly

"What does it look like I'm doing? I'm trying to get you to eat."

Raziel shook his head in annoyance.

"What's bothering you?" Silvius asked.

"Nothing." The other added quickly. Which earned him a narrow look from Silvius.

"No really, it's fine. Everything if fine."

"Okay, well at least take a bite of the spaghetti, if everything is fine as you say."

Hesitantly, Raziel took a bite and managed to keep a straight face for the most part.

But the fact that he took too long to swallow told Silvius that dinner and other things did in fact go to hell.
