Lady Patricia Charlene Howard is the eldest daughter of Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR, Duke of Norfolk Territory and Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart, Daughter of The Duke of Lennox Territory.

Lady Patricia Charlene Howard was born in March of 2235, and she is the eldest daughter of Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR, and she was born during the reign of her grandfather, Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior is not disappointed at the birth of his first granddaughter and she is given the name of both her mother and father.

Lady Patricia Charlene was the Princess Royal of The Howard family until 2275, when Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard, her niece, was born.

Lady Patricia Charlene was born at Balmoral Manor where her father and mother lived with her older brother, Lord Charles Andrew Howard III and he is five years older than she is.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard III, Lady Patricia Charlene and Lord Patrick William Howard II are born at Balmoral Manor, while Lady Charlotte Augusta and Lord Andrew Charles were born at Norfolk Estate after Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR became Duke of Norfolk Territory.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR contracted a brilliant match for his eldest daughter with Lord Richard Neville for the marriage between his eldest son, Lord Ralph Neville, double heir to the Earldom of Warwick and Dukedom of Westmoreland Territory and Lord Ralph Neville was only two years older than Lady Patricia Charlene.

Lord Ralph Neville was born in 2333, and Lady Patricia Charlene was born in 2235 and they would be married in June of 2353 when she would turn 18 years old and Lord Ralph Neville turned 20 years old at the chapel of Norfolk Estate

Lady Patricia Charlene Howard was dressed like the Princess Royal of The Howard when Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR walked her up the aisle at the chapel at Norfolk Estate.

They are Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR first three grandchildren, but they come through the matrilineal line of Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior and they are only places in line after Lord Andrew Charles becomes Duke of Norfolk Territory in 2275, after his children,and grandchildren, then Lady Patricia Charlene children comes after his, followed by Lady Charlotte Augusta Stafford children, Lord Patrick William Howard II children, and Lord Charles Andrew Howard III children and after them Lord Richard Edward Howard II children, Lord Edwin William Howard's grandchildren, followed by Lady Sophia Charlotte Howard's descendants, Lord Andrew Charles Howard descendants and Lord Frederick William Howard II's descendants.

Lady Patricia Charlene Neville doesn't pass away until 2320 at the age of 90 years old and Lord Ralph Neville died at the 80 years old and Lady Patricia Charlene outlives Lord Ralph by 10 years.

It is Lord Ralph Neville II son, Lord John Neville that inherits the Earldom of Warwick from his father, but the daughter of Lady Patricia Charlene Neville marries Lord Thomas Holland and it is her daughter, Lady Thomasina Charlene Courtney nee Holland that succeeds to the Dukedom of Westmoreland Territory when Lady Patricia Charlene dies in 2320 and she is married to Lord John Courtenay in 2280 and they have a son, Lord Edward Courtenay in 2285 and a daughter, Lady Maud Courtenay in 2290.

Lord Edward Courtenay marries Lady Mary Clifford and they have a son, Lord Richard Courtenay in 2306, and Lady Maud Courtenay marries Lord Robert Clifford the older brother of Lady Mary Clifford in 2308 and they have a son, Lord Roger Clifford in 2310, and it is Lord Roger Clifford who succeeds to the Dukedom of Westmoreland Territory after the death of her mother.
