Bruce apologized to the teacher for staying to long in the bathroom. The teacher didn't mind because the teacher liked Bruce, everyone did.

School was about to be over. Bruce was happy, why? He can see Vance again.

After a while, school was over. Vance saw Bruce so he walked over to him. "Hi Vance!" "Hey." "Why do you seem so sad?" Bruce questioned. "My friends found out about our relationship. They already told my parents. And you know they're homophobic, right?.." "..yeah..? So, our relationship is gonna be-" "yes." Bruce stayed quiet.. his dad was waiting for Vance to stop talking with Bruce. "I have to act as if i hate you. Im sorry." "So your gonna bully me, again?" "Mhm, i have to go. Bye Bruce." "Bye." Vance left. Bruce just stood there, silent.

The next day.

Vance started acting as if he never dated Bruce. Bruce brought his diary because his parents might read it, they would be so disappointed in him, because he was gay.

Both Vance and Bruces parents are homophobic, thats why they kept it a secret.

Bruce went to his locker. He left his diary in his locker in lunch. Vance saw him put the diary into the locker. He remembered, they knew each others passcode to both of their locker. Vance got in and got the diary, going into the cafeteria.

Oh.

Bruce saw him holding the diary. He was about to cry, knowing Vance would.. read it out loud.

Vance started reading it out loud in the cafeterias stage with the microphone. The part.. "i really like Vance so much, people don't understand." Vance read that part.. Finney looked at Bruce, already crying. He put everything that made him sad or happy. "Bruce.." "I know. Okay? I dated Vance Hopper." "Bruce its fine." "Its not, Finney! It had everything important! People would know!" After that, Bruce started running into the bathroom, he heard the people say "freak!" "Weirdo!" "Why would vance hopper like him back?"

Finneys pov;

Finney went to the stage and grabbed Bruce's diary. He ran straight into the bathroom because he knew Bruce would be there. Vance and his friends chased him but they got to far. Finney locked the bathroom door, he checked every bathroom stalls and at the last part he finally saw Bruce. "Bruce! I have your diary, here!" With tears in Bruces eyes. He said thank you, in a soft voice. Bruce just wanted to leave school so badly. He never wanted to mess with vance and his friends. He knew he would be beat up by them. Vance heard them and managed to open the door.

The bathroom doors cant be locked properly. "Leave him alone, Vance!" Vance pushed Finney away. Vance told his friends to leave with Finney so he could talk with Bruce. They did. "Wtf?" Vance said "I never liked you. I never did. Our relationship was fake, i just used you, i acted as if i cared about us breaking up. Im not liking a disgusting fag like you!" Vance pushed bruce to the wall. Bruce was crying "i never asked you-" Bruce said with a shakey voice "i never asked you to make me a fag." "Oh so its my fault?? HUH?" Vance said. He saw Bruce crying, he never knew, he looked at Bruces neck just to see, he was choking him. Vance let go. "B-bruce.. i-" Bruce fell. Vance checked his heartbeat. It was.. slow. "Bruce. Bruce? BRUCE!!!" Vance had tears in his eyes. "Bruce im sorry please. I didn't mean those words, i love you. I love you a lot Bruce! Please!" Vance went out of the bathroom to call the schools doctor. He sat there waiting for Bruce to wake up. The doctor said he was fine.

Thank god.

Vance smiled. But he knew he had to continue bullying Bruce. After a few days Bruce was fine, well kinda. He still couldn't forgive Vance by chocking him and.. reading his diary out loud. He couldn't forget those times. It just makes Bruce cry more. Bruce never had a happy life, honestly. People just thought he did because hes a top 1 student. After a while Bruce decided to come back to school. Vance was just leaning into the wall watching bruce walk into school. Bruce opened his locker to see notes. 2 from Finney, 3 from Vance. He put them all into his bag and waited till school ended. At lunch, he wasn't seen but into the abandoned floor, the 8th floor, where Vance and him used to hang out. He was just there to read and not think of anything else. He remembered to read the notes. He decided to read Finneys at home. The first note Vance made "Im sorry, i didn't mean those words bruce, really. I truly love you. I didnt mean to chock you or anything. I really love you." The next note, "You've been absent for 2 days, why? I've always thought its because of me. Maybe because it is because of me? Anyways. I miss you, so much. And i love you, thats all. Bye!" With a heart. The last note, "Brucee i know you're reading this when your finally not absent. But i just wanted to say i miss you anddd i love you! <3" bruce was smiling. Vance saw. "Hey," "Ah- JEEZ VANCE! You don't need to scare me!" "Whose note is that?" "Yours" "Oh?" "Oh and i love you too!" "Good." Vance kissed Bruces right cheek.

Damn.

"But still wont forgive you by reading my diary, to the whole school." Bruce said.
"Okay okay look im sorry, i just-" Vance sighs. "My friends, they said they would tell my mom that im a homosexual. And you know i hate her!" "Yea but why? I've been asking that since before!" "She.. abused me a lot, alright? So i had to do it." "Vance. Its okay, i understand." "Ofc. Your the only one who understood me. Thats why i love you." "I love you more."
