All 9 mercs have went out for the day, everyone except y/n.
The other half told them to leave y/n be, because they already have to deal with all of their bullshit while some of them begged y/n to come along with them. In the end they let her stay in the base who the hell knows where they went anyways.
Y/n was pleased that they could remain in the base by themselves because they had been wanting to start performing on their new guitar for a while now but had avoided from doing so because of the noise it would create. After all, it was a electrical guitar and they were secretive about their guitar skills since they didn't want any noise complaints or attention.
(Pretend like the guitar on the image I put up there is yours, if you dont like it you may let your imagination create a guitar to your liking)
Y/n's fingers glided on the black guitar, pleased that she finally got a chance to try it out. Carefully plugging all the cords in and setting everything up, they began testing it and holy shit! now this is what you call good stuff the sound quality was spectacular. Not wasting any time y/n began jamming all popular songs from bands like nirvana, ACDC, Deftones, etc. (if you love rock or heavy metal i love you )
Y/n was completely unaware of their surroundings and was in their own world. They were just focused on the music they were playing and couldn't be bothered to see or hear anything else. Also meant they we're unaware of who was entering the base......
"Ugh it aint my fault we got kicked out because yall were so damn disruptive!" Engineer argued back to a Scout and Demoman who kept complaining and whining after getting kicked out of a bar
They continiued to retort excuses and arguements until the medic decided to shush the group as he was hearing the noise of the guitar more clearer
"Do jou guys hear zhat?" medic asked while all of them nodded, walking to the direction of your room where the noise was getting louder.
You were currently playing the guitar part of "supermassive black hole" (if you havent heard the song yet you should really listen to it it's amazing, I attached the instrumental version above)
Too bad you didn't hear any footsteps come in your direction at all since you were too focused on flawlessley playing, you didn't even hear your door open.
And there all 9 mercs stood infront of your room stunned where the loud music was from. Why did you never tell them you could play guitar?! They all just stood there amused,impressed (yes even spy) and smiling waiting for you to finish. They watched your every move with the guitar how you aggressively jammed on it. Such a badass (#alpha /j)
When you were done, you jumped and turned around by surprise hearing a lot of clapping from your teammates watching you from your door, embarrassed that you didnt hear any of them entering.
"magnifique..."
"absoloutely AMAZING"
"HUDDA HUDDA!"
"Why leetle girl/boy never tell us you play guitar very good" heavy asked while looking at you gleefully while patting your back
"i uhhhhh....i never wanted to disrupt any of you with it since it's quite loud.." y/n said cheeks turning a light shade of pink
"Nonsense! vhe LOVE the way jou played! jou should definetly play more often for us, it vas wunderbar! "
"CUPCAKE WE WANT TO HEAR YOU PLAYING ON THAT GUITAR EVERYDAY!!"
Everyone else agreed and nodded to what medic had said and you just smiled widely at them
"Well since you guys liked it so much..I guess I could play a few more songs if you guys like?" you suggested while scratching your neck
A bunch of yes boomed the room and y/n welcomed them in letting the mercs who wanted to stay get comfortable while they started to play another song on their guitar. Lets just say it was a pleasnt surprise
