Seeing the small group of werewolves Pandora didn't know what to think. They were all in wolf form, all of them different colors, sizes and genders. The eldest of the group could't have been older than ten years old.

They were playing, at least thats what Pandora thought they were doing. During her own childhood Pandora had never been aloud to play. She was never even aloud to see the pups her own age.

Stay in the cage they told her. They needn't have to tell her that, she was always so scared to be anywhere else but the cage. Time to train they told her, and she loyally followed the command. She never knew that normal pups didn't train for ten hours a day. She never knew that the others never had to sleep in a cage, eat at designated times, or be able to shift back to human form.

Pandora sometimes wondered during her short bursts of clarity why she never was allowed to shift human form. Or why she never could do anything other then train.

She remembers asking at one point after a brutal training session why she was doing this, why she couldn't go and be with the others. That questioned earned her a week in the cage after being beaten raw and bloody with only water to drink and no food to eat.

After that Pandora never questioned again. The ones who trained her maybe thought she was listening and doing as they told out of respect. No. She had no respect for these monsters. Fear? Yes. Loyalty and respect? No.

It was her Alpha and Beta who wanted her trained this way. They were the ones who beat her senseless when she killed a trainer or somehow disobeyed them.

Alpha...

The term by definition for us werewolf's means leader of the pack. The strongest and bravest member of the pack who does everything in his power to protect and serve the pack.

Pandora's Alpha though was none of that. Strong and Brave? How about ruthless and a killer. He was no Alpha. Maybe he was born with the Alpha gene but that never should have made him the Alpha.

She thought of this sometimes when she was in that cage for weeks and weeks. Learning discipline and obedience like the good dog she was supposed to be. She thought to her self one time when she was just beaten within an inch of her life, that no Alpha would ever push loyalty. A true Alpha would earn it.

Because Pandora thought this way, she was regularly sent to the cage. They could't break her though no matter how hard they tried. No matter how hard they trained her. No matter how many times they beat her up and made her bleed. They couldn't break her, that was until they remembered an Omega's greatest fear.

The ascultător.

The ascultător is a very rare flower with its petals white with blood red tips. Its only grown in Romania its beauty enthralls any werewolf who gazes upon it. Even humans can't help but feel entranced to it. If someone were to take the ascultător's flower petals and grind them up and turn it into a powder or a liquid its effects are immediate.

For humans, werewolf's, Alpha's, and Beta's the flower is just that, a flower. But to the rare few Omega's it is something else entirely. The ascultător when injected or touching an Omega causes extreme pain. Not just physical pain though, mental pain too. The ascultător causes a physical pain equivalent to dying a hundred deaths in mere seconds.

The pain it mentally causes benefits the person who wants to control the Omega. When in contact the ascultător causes the Omega to forget everything in its mind except anything to do with the being giving the Omega the ascultător.

This benefited Pandora's Alpha when he used it on her. Pandora can't remember much from before she was given the ascultător. She can only remember the times when she was with her Alpha. She could never remember a time that she was not afraid of him.
