Pandora could see the pup moving towards her. She could also see that this pup by doing so grabbed the attention of the others so they were all crowding around the bush she was hiding in.

They hadn't spotted her yet which was a miracle on its own. It's hard to hide in a bush that is only made of sticks and thorns. Yet Pandora somehow managed. While hiding in this little bush with pups getting ever so closer she had to think of her options.

One, she could jump out and run. The pups though would signal their Alpha and being in the weak state she is in, the Alpha or any other were could most likely catch her.

Two she could attack the pups. They didn't deserve that fate though. Pandora would most possibly gain her strength back if she took them all down, but doing so would ruin every reason she had of running away in the first place.

Lastly she could no nothing. This seemed the most likely route to take. Pandora hadn't eaten or drank anything in days. Normally she would have been fine for a few more days but because she was running during all that time her strength had depleted considerably.

By the time Pandora thought of which action to take the pup finally spotted her. He signaled to the other pups to what he saw and they all crowded inwards torwards the new find.

The pups didn't know what to make of the wolf inside the bush of thorns. It had a brownish grey coat and was a little bigger than the rest of them but not nearly big enough to be an adult. It would have to be a pup their age. They didn't understand why the pup wasn't howling in pain. The thorns would hurt.

The eldest of the group, Max a pup of ten years, howled to his brother who was working today at the perimeter. Max being only ten years couldn't yet mind like like the adults but he could howl.

Max's brother Nathan was was patrolling the perimeter, as was his duty being one of the pack defenders, when he heard his brothers howl. It wasn't loud and clear which meant Max was off playing near the border again.

Nathan mind linked the Alpha telling him of the situation. Which the Alpha responded by sending a group of enforcers to check out whats happening. Nathan couldn't go because once you start patrolling your section of the perimeter you can't leave until another shows up to take the next shift.

Miles away the group of enforcers start running to the pups. A pup doesn't howl unless there is a problem. Which is one of the many rules taught to young ones to keep them safe. The group of enforcers, five in all, ran in human form just in case they need to speak to the pups.

When the enforcers reached the pups they saw all of them crowing around a bush. They couldn't understand but they had a feeling of calmness wash over them, leaving them feeling peaceful and serene. They slowed to walk not sensing danger until they sniffed the air. All the enforcers stiffened.

Jason the head enforcer told the pups to back away. When they did Jason approached the bush. Inside a small pup was watching him with fearful eyes. He could tell that this pup was an Omega. Her scent washed over him and made him smile. She smelt like the earth and a rare steak combined.

Since Jason was in human form he went to pick up the Omega. So that he could protect the pup and get it out of harm. When he reached down to grab her the Omega backed away. The thorns painfully tearing at her fur. She didn't seem to notice the pain. It was like she registered Jason as an enemy.

He didn't understand. An Omega was the most precious werewolf among there kind. They were thought to be extinct, how is she here and why is she afraid of them.

He never got his answer because when he quickly reached inside the bush, thorns tearing his sleeves, the Omega passed out from fear.

Nikoli didn't know what to think. First that one of the younger pups had called for help while he was in the middle of a meeting with the other Alphas in the region. Second he had to send a group of his best enforcers instead of himself to handle it. Only to then receive a mindlink from Jason saying that my presence was most certainly requested immediately and to quickly as possible .

He didn't know if Jason had completely lost his mind or if something really important actually didneed him. You can't just walk out of a room full of Alpha's. Especially if your the one hosting.

Jason kept mind linking me. It must be really important because what Nikoli was about to do could so he could go see what the problem was very well ruin the peace between him and the rest of the Alpha's.

"My fellow Alphas" Alpha Nikoli interrupted." It seems I am needed for a very urgent matter elsewhere. Please excuse my absence I mean no offense. I ask that you remain here and I will be back as soon as the matter is felt with."

After speaking Nikoli walked as fast as he could out of the council room and torwards the infirmary where his link to Jason was leading him. When he arrived Nikoli held his breathe.

On a white hospital bed was a little wolf pup. Not an ordinary pup. An Omega. Nikoli had thought the Omega bloodline extinct, and here was one. Unconscious and as peaceful as ever. He could not remember a time when he with this at peace within himself. All the doubt of being unable to lead. Of feeling not qualified to serve and protect vanished.

Nikoli felt a sense of belonging to this Omega. A sense of protectiveness to do whatever it takes to keep this little one unharmed. A feeling that he would even die in service of this Omega. His Omega.

Once the little Omega wakes up he wanted to swear his loyalty to her. For all eternity. Nikoli had never been so sure of anything in his life up until now. He was going to serve his Omega and she, hopefully, will accept him.

Peace.
