Ch. 39 : Daddy's Words

Author's POV

The group finally arrived at the villa. They help each other to move their luggage inside. Everyone is busy, especially the future sons-in-law. In fifteen minutes, everything is settled. It's all thanks to Prince and Maxxie. They moved really fast. But, now only tiredness is left. Both are taking some rest on the sofa.

"P'Prince, P'Maxxie, drink this first! You guys must be really tired. Thank you naa~", Amp says while putting two bottles of drink.

"Thank you, princess!", Prince takes a bottle for him and passes another one to Maxxie.

"Thank you, Amp!"

"You're welcome~"

"Amp, where is Nat?"

"Nat is with Daddy and Papa in bedroom, I guess..."

"Oh... Nat seems really close with his family..."

"Hahaha! This is only a tiny example of his behavior, phi. You haven't seen other things. I bet you'll be shocked when you find out more!"

"She's right, Maxxie. There is one time when we were on date. Amp got a message from his family group chat. She suddenly cancel our date. She was really panicked. I thought something bad happened. I drove her home. And, do you know what the reason was?", the latter shakes his head.

"The electricity in their house went out. Even uncles also rushed to go home. What's more, it happened when it was still afternoon. The sun hasn't set yet. I was really surprised by it. I thought something bad happened with Nat..."

"He is really loved. No wonder he is lovely like that...", Amp chuckles.

"You really fall over heels with my little brother, huh?"

"Is that even a question?"

"P'Ampp~"

Nat comes out from master bedroom aka his parents' room with a fresh face. He directly goes to his big sister and hugs her. The little brother is in clingy mode. He hides his face in the crook of his sister's neck.

"What do you want, hm?", Amp asks while stroking Nat's hair.

"Nothing. I am just happy because I can sleep with P'Amp. Hehe~ Oh, right! Papa told me. Lunch will be served in fifteen minutes..."

The next day, they don't miss the chance to walk around the tea garden. Mew and Gulf decide to stay at a cafe nearby while the youngsters continue their adventure. A local resident recommends them to visit farms and plantations where tourists usually go. It turns out, the activities are really fun. Many animal can be fed. What's not less exciting is they can harvest fruits and vegetables.

"P'Ampppp!!!", the big sister runs with the men following.

"Strawberryyy!!!", Nat shouts excitedly.

Amp stops abruptly. She glares at her little brother. Without any notice, she walks briskly towards him and pinches his ear.

"You naughty brother! Why did you shout that loud, huh?!"

"Sorryyyyy, P'Amp~"

"Don't do it again naa~ I thought something bad happened..."

"Nat is sorry naa~"

"Okay, okay..."

"Let's pick the strawberries, P'Amp! Daddy will love it for sure!"
