This letter is for the days when you feel defeated, unloved, scared and depressed. For when you feel as if you’re carrying the weight of this world on your shoulders and your heart feels so heavy. As you open this, I hope you tell yourself that it’s okay to be a mess. I hope you tell yourself that you are doing enough. And even if you don’t think so, sometimes the littlest efforts are what matter the most. When everything becomes too much for you to understand, I hope you remind yourself that it’s okay to feel the way you are feeling. You’re not crazy for saying so many things that few people can understand. You’re not crazy for loving someone so much and giving them your heart. It’s okay to have bad days. It’s okay to have days that feel a little too much to survive.
