He/him is mainly preferred. It/It's is only there because he has gotten used to the foundation workers calling him "It".
035 - It/It's They/Them He/Him
Never call him "she" they discovered they hate it when it got a female host and the foundation members called it "she" for the entire time he had said host.
096 - It/It's
They/Them is expectable, so is He/Him, Just don't look at it's face.
106 - He/Him
He will only respond to He/Him.
173 - It responds to anyone that blinks
