She had a Seizure again the little girl of 10 had seizures, she was vulnerable ever since her parents died.

Her brother sat beside her "Y/N oppa is here! I will not leave you ever" he gave her an embrace

While Their Uncle and Aunt Saw the heart-wrenching scene shedding a tear or two, they didn't had any child. Now, the doctor had also confirmed they'll never be able to have one.
