LOVE AFTER MARRIAGE

Chap.1

Seth was on duty. He was supervising young alphas. While supervising, his phone buzzed
In his pocket;

*phone buzzing* he answered it and after a few moments he was running out of the packed ground.
His friend Ron tried to stop and ask him what happened. but he hurried away before he could ask him.

Seth quickly sat in his car and left in hurry. He was losing his mind, now he is tearing up; and driving as fast as he could. when he reached the middle of the road, people were standing in a crowd.
He unbuckled his seat belt and got out of the car in a rush.

He pushed aside the people to get in front... There he saw his love laying on the ground. covered in blood. he went near her almost lifeless body and someone from the crowd came to him and said;
"Ambulance is here!"... he picked her in his arms and got into the ambulance...

He's scared, so scared to lose her.
“Can you drive faster?” he said desperately.
after a few minutes the nurse with them replied, “sir, we are here”.
The ambulance stopped and....he got down abruptly and helped the nurses to get her stretcher down quickly.

He called the doctor immediately and they were running to get her into ICU.
He was restless and roaming to and fro.
His phone rang, and he saw his friend calling
*Ron calling* he sighed and picked up.
“What happened Seth?"Ron asked him, “and where are you now?”
Seth didn't talk for a while, Ron again asked, “What happened? Is everything okay?”
Seth broke into tears, “No, nothing is fine.” he sniffed and said “sh..she is admitted to hospital”
Ron gasped, “how?”
“she had an accident, I brought. Her to hospital"
“I'll be there, you don't worry”
“Can you call her parents too” his voice cracked.
“Yes sure we'll be there in a few”

After about half an hour,
Ron dashed inside through the door and her parents followed behind.
“Seth!” he called.
Seth looked in his friend's direction and stood up from his seat.
Ron hugged him, “Everything's gonna be okay.” he assured.
Seth saw her mother come in crying and he immediately went near her. She looked up at him with teary eyes, “how did this happen?”
“she had an accident, I got a call this morning from Lucas (alpha managing local mishaps) he said there was an accident between a truck and a speeding scooter near HOWLINGS(main signal) and the injured one was her” he explained while fighting his urge to cry.
Just then the doctor got out of the operating theatre, and all of them asked him “doctor how is she? She is fine right!?”.
The doctor replied with concern “she had lost so much blood, we will have to get her blood supply. We are arranging the blood supply but I can't ensure her life. She is in the fetal position right now and it's been a long time since she lost much of her blood already if her body doesn't react to the blood supply we might lose her.” and went inside again.

Her mother started crying and was about to fall when her husband caught her ....sat her on the bench. He was comforting her with useless words when he is unsure how it will end.
Everyone was waiting for the doctor to come out. After an hour the doctor came out and all went to him again.
The doctor said, “I'm sorry, but she is no more”
After hearing that her mama cried hysterically also her dad but he is also comforting her mom. Seth's blood ran cold,
I heard it wrong, right!? She is not dead. She won't leave me, SHE WON'T!!
He rushed towards her wardroom, the nurse tried to stop him but he pushed him aside and went into the room.
Tears streamed from his eyes at the sight of his lifeless love. He went to her and held her hands and said, “babe it's me, Seth. Open your eyes and look at me. I waiting for you outside, wake up it's late now we need to go and get ready for our engagement the day after tomorrow. How can u sleep like this we need to prepare" he chuckled with tears.
She didn't reply and he didn't like her silence.
His slightest smile faded into cries, and he looked down folding her cold hands in his..... “you can't leave me like that, don't leave me like this...I love you, Liz...ELIZA JONES I LOVE YOU, you are unfair u can't leave me"
He put his head over her hand and sobbed “you......left me......” he kept mumbling words while his down and eyes closed...
He went silent after a few minutes,
*Seth's dreaming*
He saw Liz looking at him and coming toward him, he took steps forward to go to her. She is standing in front of him. Snaked her hands on his torso, locking him in her arms while looking into his eyes, and said
“I love you, Seth ravens”...he smiled and they touched foreheads ...“I love you too,” he said.
She backed slowly and touched his face and smiled brightly...
He smiled with eyes closed and he mumbled the words “ I....love....you..too.” he huffed  “she smiles lovely”...  He opened his eyes when he felt someone hugging him from back
It was Ron.
“Hey, we need to take her to the cemetery”
His smile died and he stood up with a slight nod and picked her up in his arms for the last time... Before resting her in the tomb prepared for her; he touched her face for the last time and closed the tomb.
He turned to his friend and her family and hugged them controlling his tears.

They buried her the next day with both of their family and close friends

Since this incident happened Seth is working extra hours to engage himself in other things.
He is more silent than he was before.
