Runaway Mate

Prologue

Alice's POV

'Beep...beep...beep'

I woke up to my alarm going of, I quickly turned it off before it wakes anyone up and gets me into trouble, right now it is aroun 6:30am.

I slowly sit up carful of by bruised ribs, I quietly go down stairs to make breakfast for everyone. I can't stop thinking about Alex, just thinking about makes my eyes water, I mean I get why he doesn't want me but still, well there is nothing I can do about it now any way.

'Let me introduce myself, my name is Alice Sanders, I have brown straight hair, bright blue eyes (which have been dull for awhile now) I am average height. Very skinny you can see my bones because I hardly get any food, my best friend name is Emily she is 16 has blonde hair green eyes, she is from the blood moon pack, her mate Matthew.

My mate well ex mate is Alex, he rejected me the day after I gave him my viginerty sad I know, I get beat up every day and I am blamed for the death of my parents but that story is for another day, well that is boring ol' me'

I finish cooking and place theeggs, bacon, toast, sausages, pancakes, juice and milk on the table just as my brother Jake and his 4 best friends come in.

Jake is 18 with brown hair and grey eyes, Chris is 18, has black hair blue eyes, James is 19, has brown hair brown eyes, Matthew 17, has blonde hair blue eyes (he doesn't hurt me just stands there with a sad smile on his face, he is my best friends mate, he is also my friend but none 9f the guys know that, sometimes he will bring me food and stuff) and then Alex 17, who has sandy hair, amazing green eyes.

They are all normal height, they have 6 packs and muscles but not to big. James is the soon to be alpha of the pack she is in, Jake is his beta and James is the gemma. Alex is the alpha of the blood moon pack and Matt is his beta. They help each other out all the time.

I quickly turn away to get out before they see me, I feel some one grab my hair and yell in my ear "where do you think you're goin' bitch" I turn around and see it was Jake "n-n-no where" I stutter quietly.

He slaps me across the face and punches me in the stomach, I have lernt not to make alot of noise or they will get angrier, the impacted from the punch makes me fall to the floor. "Get up you little slut" he tells while stomping on my leg until i heard a 'CRACK' at me I stand up as fast as I could and he punches me again, while James and Chris are laughing, Alex looks grossed out and Matt looks worried.

He finally finishes 10 minutes later and they go to eat breakfast "clean this mess up before we get home" he tells here walking out the room with is friends following behind.

I get out a water bucket and cloth and start to clean up the blood, as I finish I heard the faint voice of Matt say "I'm gonna go toilet you guys get in the car I will be out soon" "okay" came the quiet replie of Alex, then the door slammed shut.

Matt walks in and quickly comes and hugs me "you okay?" He asks "yeah I will be fine" I say with a small smile "we are going to the arcade so you should have a couple of hours to heal and stuff" he tells me "thank you gummy worm" I replied "no problem gummy bear come on let's get you to your room" he lifts me up and carried me to my tiny room.

He got put my first aid kit out "I will talk to you later keep safe" he said sternly I just nod and he was out closing the door behind him, I finish cleaning myself up and then clean the house.

2 hours later they came home as I was making lunch "hurry up were hungy" said Chris kicking my broken leg, I quicklybserve the the food and clean up the kitchen, thank god they leave without beating me and going strait to the games room.

I was in my room when Emily came into my room, she quickly hugged me checking if I was okay "Al Matt told me what happened you okay?" "I am fine Em trust me I've had worse" I assured her she didn't seen convinced but dropped the subject any way.

"So what you doing tomorrow for your 17th birthday?" She questioned excitely I just sighed thinking about my 10th birthday.

Flash back...
'Come on daddy' I said running along the beach, it was just me and him. 'I'm coming to get you' he said running after me. I squeled as he tackled me to the ground and started tickling me.

I started laughing hard 'd-daddyyy s-stop' I said between giggles he stopped and pulled out a box, I gasped 'daddy what is it?' I asked 'well my little birthday princess this is my present to you for your birthday' he answered opening the box, I gasped 'daddy its so pretty' I told him.

I looked at the necklace, it was a gold infinity sign ∞ but instead of circles they were love hearts covered in little Cristals.

'Thank you daddy' i said hugging him, he hugged me back the turned me around puuting the neaklace on me 'no problem princess, remember I will love you for forever and always infinity'.

"Alice?" Asked Em waving her hand in front of my face "mmhmm?" I asked holding my neaklace that I never take of "you were staring of into space for a while" she replied concerned, "ohh sorry, I don't know probly nothing why?"I questioned " 'cause we are going shopping tommorow I will pick you up at 3?" She asked "okay" I replied with a smile she squeled. We said goodbye and then she left me with my thoughts, thinking about turning 17.
