Celestria spanked her hand against each opened window she had touched before that morning and sprayed her favorite perfume in the places she wished. Candles were burning the stench. She ran through each room in her empty house, leaving behind a warm, friendly smell. Celestria last visited her room, in which she remained to rest. She was laying on the glacial sheets above her mattress. Her eyelids slowly fell above her eyes, covering her sight.

Arms crossed around her torso, and her head was leaned all over soft pillows surrounding the bed. Celestria's ears were starting to catch a sort of foreign sound, most likely a kind of buzzing. Her brain drifted off and her soul followed.

Celestria stayed quiet, eyes nailed shut, for some time that felt more than a few hours, but was instead some minutes. She was feeling emotions so different from the ones elder Celestria was already familiar with, but so comforting for the little girl she left home when she first entered middle school. Everything Celestria assisted to while going to a religious school has been influencing her ever since. The wax burnt on her skirts, the tight ponytails she needed to have otherwise she would have been called a prostitute at the age of twelve. Everything she has done wrong in school was projecting the way a little princess like she has been raised as could change into an extremely wicked prostitute in the eyes of Mrs. Hugo, her teacher.

As the comfortable sound started to fall apart and detach from her eardrums into a very soft, distant silence, Celestria's sight was starting to uncover itself. Her dry lips seemed to notice the movement of her eyelids and opened into a deep breath, followed by another while she got up and supported herself onto her elbows. Celestria darted her eyes to the white door of her beloved room, to where she sensed the soft silence was coming from, but while she left her cold mattress and stepped on the ground, the distant noise became a beautiful melody playing in the living room.

Celestria wandered around the house, climbed down the stairs and arrived in the living room running like a small child. Before her eyes, the lights were turned off. Tall walls of her living room were only illuminated by the thin rays of a twilight sun. A second away from that moment, misty air covered her sight, leaving, however, two dark silhouettes visible in the faraway silence. Her heart skipped something that felt like more than a few beats, then it went silent, following slowly the steps of two silhouettes.

Her steps were getting so close to the ghostly figures. So close her eyes started noticing the details on their skin. "Mama?" Celestria blurted out silently, covering her mouth with the back of her hand slowly. "Pa," she breathed out, starting her clause. Celestria was focused on their gentle dancing steps. Her father's hands covering half of her mother's back, pulling her closer into the rhythm of their immortal desire to love. Her mother being pulled away so easily by the ghostly breeze of her husband into a void of nothingness.
This was always Celestria's picture of love. Nothing can break the silence of love when two people have it in their mind and soul. Not even the result of it.

However, Celestria's hand slowly approached the figure of her beloved parents, and as she did, the ghostly silhouettes disappeared effortlessly into a black dust. Her lips parted to let air leave her lungs into a deep exhale. Celestria was standing on the glacial floor, bare feet, with a broken heart and a breath taking grief that was starting to pervade through the realm of her body. In a split second, the echo of her silence was taken away by the sound of a little drop above her feet. A little drop that soon evolved into a lake of her own blood.

Her tears falling down were now melting slowly on her face converting into a vermillion liquid. Celestria's torso was leaking blood from three deep cavities that were starting to eat her insides just to take her into an endless void. Her palms were now covering her sight, leaving everything she thought she was behind. No pain was induced by her body, nor any other feeling. She was transforming into an abyss covered in ichor like a God. And not the God she was thought to admire, but the one elder people love to deny the existence of.

Celestria pressed her palms on her eyelids and swallowed one more time before breathing as she never knew air existed before. That one last breath made her feel sheets against her feet again, and a huge hand on her back, rubbing it to make her wake up from what seemed to be the worst nightmare she had.

She woke up faster than he'd expect. Celestria was scared of even breathing, but with a shaking body she opened her eyes slowly. Her breath was heavily and her forehead sweaty. She could see the moon outside her windows, and the music coming from her cousin's party was echoing into her room. Celestria lifted herself up hurriedly and looked around just to catch his gaze from the other side of her bed. Her arms crossed around him tightly as she closed her eyes and pressed her cheek on his shoulder. "Hi," he tried to open his lips but she interrupted his clause. "Thank you. Thank you so much." He wrapped his hands around her back and moved her closer to his chest.

As air made its way between the two of them, Celestria occurred to ask. "How did you enter?" She spoke. "Why are you here?" Her gaze was still fixed on him.

"The party..ended, and I did not see you anywhere during, so I asked Joseph for the keys," He murmured rapidly. "Which you left there by the way."

He was drunk.

"Are you drunk?" Celestria blurted out and instantly regretted what she just thought about. "No.." Harry shook his head up and down. "Yes?" He laughed. "Listen, I am not such monster to leave you drunk on the streets, but I am not going to let people call me a whore ever again because a boy left my house. So you will have to leave as soon as the clock strikes 5." Celestria spoke again. "And you will sleep on the couch. Downstairs." She finished her sentence.

Harry smiled at her and leaned his head forward, closing his eyes slowly. She just exhaled deeply and helped him to get up.

"Okay big guy, one more step." She told him as they got downstairs. "No, no, don't," Celestria blurted out as he placed his foot on the edge of the stair. Harry's action led to his fall followed by hers, which was more brutal. "Shit." She breathed. "Let's get up, okay?" She said calmly. Harry just kept nodding at her.

As Celestria placed him onto the couch and covered him with her favorite blanket, Harry laughed and whispered to her. "What is it that stops you everytime I try to kiss you?" She looked at him, but immediately pointed her gaze to her palms. "I think your mother would loved to see you happy with someone. You should not feel like you are not allowed to love." He spoke, pressing the left side of his face onto the pillow. Celestria remained quiet for minutes. She crossed her arms around her knees and sat down on the floor next to where his head was laying.

The minute her eardrums caught a quiet snore, Celestria broke down. Her tears were now freezing down her cheeks, crowding on her chin. She tried to hide her feelings, her cries and everything that was about to come. But even if she tried to lock her heart with chains and locks again, Celestria knew her feelings would burst and distroy all of them. The things she was feeling were nowhere near being familiar. It made her heart ache. So she cried. Loudly.

"I am sorry." He pressed his palm on her shoulder and sat next to her. Celestria moved her eyes to him and rested her head on his chest. Harry placed his hands around her soft body and pulled her against him. "It's okay Cel. We are safe. I am no monster either," He whispered to her. "I think." Harry finished his sentence and the sound of their giggles were now fighting the silence of the house . "How could I trust you with my heart if you lie to get it?" Celestria asked, pulling away from his hug.

"I do not know how to survive in this endless pain without you. And I don't think I would ever want to learn how to." Harry withdrew his arms and lifted his eyes slowly to catch hers. Celestria remained silent. For some time that felt more like a few minutes for him. "Is this my first time leaving the Great Celestria wordless?" He smiled warmly and her lips followed his movement. Harry's eyes were moving quickly from her eyes to her lips. He swallowed slowly and exhaled after. Celestria was freezed by her feelings. Everything around her blurred out but his perfectly shaped face. His perfect lips and his two emeralds looking down at hers.

Time stopped when he began to reach for the touch of her lips. Harry leaned over her more and more each second, making Celestria crave it more. The guilt was present, however her heart seemed to not care at all. He was close enough for her to feel his cold breath against her face as he whispered softly. "Please."
