Snakurity (the clingy pokemon)

The name is from Sucuri (which anacondas and other snakes are sometimes called), snake, and security.

I based the design on various corn snakes, Ouroboros dragon, exclamation points, pacifiers, and the fact that (generally) snakes are shy, reclusive animals and will avoid confrontation, preferring to flee instead of attack.

Snapiente (the contemplation pokemon)

The name is derived from serpiente (snake in Spanish), piente (Finnish word meaning a small one), snake, and sapient.

I based the design on/inspired by boa constrictors, the Mayan vision serpent, snake charmers, Pungi, and the popular myth that snakes can hypnotize people or be hypnotized by snake charmers.

Type: Fire/psychic

HP: 39

Attack: 50

Defense: 65

Special Attack: 78

Special Defense: 78

Speed: 70

Total: 484

Pokédex entry: Snapients are very intelligent. It uses psychic powers to get what it wants, which are mostly extra treats and getting out of trouble. The circle on its forehead can emit light like a flashlight.

Hipnotizar (The control pokemon)

The name is from hypnotizing, and tizar, meaning to plan and to chalk, which can mean 'to accept as something beyond one's control', like  how its psychic powers force others into giving up control.

I based the design on/inspired by titanaboa, hypnosis, eye symbolism/imagery, and Kukulkan the mesoamerican serpent diety worshipped by the Yucatan Mayan people before colocalization.

Type: Fire/psychic

HP: 90

Attack: 81

Defense: 89

Special Attack: 110

Special Defense: 120

Speed: 86

Total: 576

Pokédex entry: This pokemon has its psychic powers stored in the purple gems on its forehead and tail. By making eye contact with its intended target, it can use its hypnotic abilities to force others into giving up control.
