Spec-chan does not own anything besides the village in the forest and her OC. Also if you haven't seen the anime or read the manga, this will be very confusing for you so I suggest you do that. Like seriously. Do it.

Here in Fiore, there used to be a village deep in the eastern forests, secluded from the rest of the country. Now, this village had hardly any visitors, so when a group of cloaked men walked through the village asking for the village leader, there were more than a few skeptic people. The group explained that their visit was to negotiate for the land that the village was built upon. The villagers were outraged and started yelling at the strangers that this was their land passed down for generations. All of the commotion caught the attention of the youngest daughter of the village leader. The leader himself was out with his two older daughters while his wife and youngest girl were at home, so he did not hear his villgers' distress. The cloaked men explained themselves to be a lesser-known guild by the name of Grimoire Heart. The villagers didn't know of many guilds other than Fairy Tail or Blue Pegasus, so they did not question the guilds exsistance, but the youngest daughter of the village leader, and one of the few mages in the village, heard this and came over, because she wanted to be a part of a guild ever since they had first been mentioned to her. She saw the guild and felt a wave of unease as her eyes locked with the master of the guild. She told the guild members to leave and never come back, the authority of someone much older ringing in her voice. The guild master was surprised to see they this little girl, about 6, was speaking with the authority of a grown up. He thought that the reason their search brought them here was that the one they were looking for was here, sleeping in the little girl. He agreed to leave, which surprised the girl, and turned to leave, but he was definitely getting the village. But his target had shifted slightly, now he was after the little girl with the unnatural amount of magic power as well...
