I gasp and jump up. It was just a dream. I wipe the sweat from my forehead and shutter. I pick up my phone from the night stand just as it vibrates. Rose posted a status: "Out with my girl, Bliss." Thank God she's okay.
My eyes flutter shut as I drift back into darkness.
