"Yes." The both replied.
"You have got to be kidding me. You expect us to protect these beings despite the destruction they've caused ?" The commander asked incredulously. "They're dangerous enough as it is. We should destroy them as quickly as possible."
"No offence commander, but I believe that is a bad idea." Serizawa told him.
"You don't understand Mr Serizawa, these are beings of mass destruction and could cause the deaths of millions if provoked. Just look at them!" He then pulled out a recording of Godzilla and Ymir Fritz.

Those who hadn't yet seen either of them were shocked at their appearances.
"Look at that! Godzillas fight with the MUTO's have caused enough damage and Ymirs fight with that unregistered Titan resulted in the destruction of Jacksonville, Florida. They must be dealt with quickly!"
"Why destroy them ? You say they could prove dangerous if provoked. So why try to kill them ? Wouldn't that provoke them into attacking us directly ?" Serizawa asked.
"As dangerous as they seem, I must go with Serizawa on this one. We don't want to make an enemy of them both." The president spoke.
"So what then ? Just let them walk free ?"
"Let them do their job."
"And what job is that ?"
"Preserve peace and protect humanity." Serizawa said.
"Please tell me you're joking. We can't coexist with such monsters!"
"Maybe that's the case with Godzilla, but about this Ymir Titan ? According to the little info we have on her, she can understand and speak English. So wouldn't it mean that we could communicate with her ?" One of them suggested.
"We could become allies with her. Unlike Godzilla, there's a good chance Ymir might actually hear us out." Serizawa said.
