"Party, what party?" I had asked.

"Remember the cute boy I was telling you about?"

"Yeah"

"He invited me to the party, and I don't want to go alone, so what do you say, come with me?" She asks.

"Me, going to a party? Are you crazy? Besides we have homework to do for tomorrow's class anyway."

"I knew you wouldn't want to come, I should have known better. Fine do your homework Nerd." She snaps at me and hangs up.

Ouch that hurts.

Of all the years me and Anne were friends she hadn't once called me a nerd. Does wanting to get good grades really make me a nerd? Parties were never really my style. I just hope Anne forgives me. I guess I have to do homework now.

I had decided to wear a black T-shirt and some black cargo pants. The party was going to be lit, and not to mention all the hot chick's that will be there. Everyone that was anyone would be there. Basically you'd be crazy to miss this party.  I don't even care that there's school tomorrow.

RING RING RING.

The sound of my phone rang through the room. When I picked it up a familiar voice rang out from the speaker.

"Hey dude. "

"Hey Alex, what's up. You coming to the party tonight?" I was about 99.9 percent sure that he would be there but I just needed to be sure.

"Duh, of course bro, I would never miss a good party. I have something important to tell you." He said, suddenly serious.

"Sure, shoot, what's up?"

"Recently, I met a girl, she is really nice, and I kind of invited her to the party."

"Wow, cool. I was starting to think you would be single forever." I joked.

"Wow, so funny, anyways I wanted to ask, what do I do,  like what do I say to her. Every time I try to talk to her I end up getting so flustered. Since you're the playboy, I wanted to ask you for some advice."

"Umm." I really wanted to help Alex, he never really dated anyone before. Sure he was popular and a lot of girls wanted to be with him, he never really found the one he was looking for."

"Try to impress her, and make time for her. And complement her. Just try to take it slow. And don't forget to be a gentleman." I finished. Even though I had multiple girlfriends before, I'm not that good with relationships.

"Ok, thanks for the advice, Logan. I'll see you at the party. Bye" With that he hung up almost immediately.

Well that was interesting.

RING RING. My phone buzzed.

"Hi Alex." I spoke. Trying to sound calm. I sit next to Alex in English class, and he is so amazing. I think I have a crush on him. I don't want to tell Olivia just yet because Alex is Logan's best friend, and everyone knows the history between Logan and Olivia.

"He-hey Anne, I wanted to ask you something." He stuttered.

"Sure, what's up."

"I wanted to ask if you wanted to go to the Senior party with me?" He asked nervously.

"Sure, why not It's going to be fun." I said trying to conceal my excitement.

"Ok I'll see you there."
