I Found You

Prologue

"Please Ma'am approve karva do leave." (Ma'am, please approve my leave." Sharvari said with puppy eyes

"I can't" she got a response from her boss and her mood instantly went in gutter. She glared at her boss, cursing her in her mind.

"Ma'am it's my brother's wedding" Sharvari pleaded.

"Sharvari, I cannot approve the leave because I am on leave next week. And I don't know what is the roster. Please get your leave approve by Ahana Ma'am" the girl sitting in front of Sharvari quickly added wanting to get back to her work.

Sharvari looked at her boss with fear. Gargi was sweet girl but she was stern when it came to work. Sharvari had reported her since she started to work. Ahana was their head, and Sharvari was intimidated by her

"Ahana Ma'am?" Sharvari gulped and saw Gargi roll her eyes.

Th phone on the desk started to ring.

'Lavanya' was flashing. Gargi sighed "Ahana Ma'am isn't going to kill you." The phone kept ringing. "Haan Vanu" Gargi said answering the phone and gestured Sharvari to leave.

Sharvari got up with her leave application and left the cabin with a bad face.

Gargi shook her head seeing Sharvari and talked to Lavanya "I am busy Vanu. Please tell Reya I am sorry."

"I know why you are doing this" Lavnya said from the other side

"No Vanu," Gargi defended quickly and added "I am on leave na next week. You know na my work." Lavnya had no idea, the only thing she knew was Gargi had busy job.

"I have to wrap things up. The merger is next week, so I need to clear my work before that" Lavnya heard Gargi.

"Ok fine. I will let others know." Lavnya sighed making Gargi breath in relief.

"I love you. Bye, I have to go." Gragi said and hung up. She looked at the catlogue and flipped through it. Reya was not going to like this.

"You like the ring?" he asked and she nodded. She looked around nervous. He smiled seeing her nervous. He was not quite use to read her emotions but he was trying.

"You liked the saree?" he asked a different question.

"I liked everything Mahir" she answered, looking exhausted. His and her choices were way different, so it made him unsure.

"Are you ok?" he asked, seeing her look tired.

"Actually..." she was cut by his phone which started to ring.

He excused himself and started talking on the phone. She looked around the hotel. They were heading for the dinner, she made a skeptical face and turned to the him.

He was good looking, no doubt. He smiled at her while talking on the phone. And she smiled back. She saw him hung up and jog back to her

"Sorry for keeping you wait." he apologized

"It's ok."; she smiled. He felt happy. Her smile made him happy. He didn't love her, but yes, he had started liking her a little now, she was very different than him but she was nice.

"Your cousins are here?" He asked and she nodded saying "Yes some are, Chale?" (Shall we?) he nodded and went to hold her hand, but she walked away without noticing his gesture, keeping him standing behind. He looked at her for a second, then his hand, then shook his head and followed her.
