I Found You

Chapter 2

Gargi got down from the car and looked at the building in front of her. This was going to be home from now. It was a very different feeling she could not name as she felt. Unintentionally her eyes fell on him. He was talking to his friend on something.

"Come" Gargi heard a soft voice and turned to she Naina. Naina guided her to the wing and Gargi just walked with her remembering the way they were going.

As Naina pressed the ring, Gargi saw the door open quickly. Shubhra was standing with an aarti thal, and there were a lot of people standing behind her. Around some 30 people or maybe more. Gargi only felt nervous seeing all this. She looked at Shubhra who smiled at her warmly. Shubhra welcomed her like any newly wedded bride is but only difference was the groom was not beside the bride as the rituals were done. Gargi entered the house and smiled at Shubhra.

Shubhra started to introduce Gargi to the relatives. His aunts, uncles, his cousins, nieces and nephews. She tried to get a hold of how was who but most of the times failed. Maybe because her mind was already occupied with thoughts.

In between all the chaos in her mind, Gargi saw a familiar face. She saw that person smile at her. "I..."

"Sharvari" Gargi and Sharvari turned to Abhimanyu who called her. He gestured Sharvari to come with him.

Sharvari looked at Gargi. "I'll be back Bhabhi" (sister-in-law) Sharvari said and Gargi widen her eyes and then nodded. She was now Sharvari's Bhabhi, God help her!

Gargi turned to others. Some of the relatives were warm with her some outright ignored her. They were not happy. Though Gargi hated it but she knew where they come from. She just tried her best to be cordial with everyone.

After the meet and greet Naina took Gargi away asking her something.

Mahir entered the house to see buzzing of relatives. He rolled his eyes. This was one big scene. People are going to show him sympathy or pity, since his actual bride eloped and now, he was having a consolation bride. His eyes fell on her, she was standing with Naina Di and was going red. Was she blushing? He ignored it. Sharvari was working on the PR statement with Abhimanyu. He looked at his phone. And started surfing it. There was no news, but then soon the media will get a buff of it and everything will be chaos.

Mahir without coming in notice went to the kitchen.

Shubhra slowly dispersed everyone. And Naina took Gargi with her towards the room to rest.

"This is Golu's room" Naina said and Gargi smiled listening to the nick name "I mean Mahir, please don't tell him I called him Golu" Naina added quickly.

Gargi nodded chuckling. That's when they heard the knock. They saw two girls standing there with a bag. Naina smiled, then took the bag and gave it to Gargi. "Take this and let me know if you need anything, hmm" Naina said and Gargi nodded taking the bag

"Thank you... Di..." she said the last word hesitant. Naina had a full-blown smile hearing her call Di, though hesitant. She cupped Gargi's cheek and patted it lovingly. "Take some rest" she said and left with the other two girls.

Gargi looked in the bag and saw the inner wears, a tooth brush, and some pajamas. Naina got for her. Naina had taken her away and asked her size. That had made her blush. But she was thankful that Naina was so thoughtful.

Gargi sat on the bed, took her phone and dialed a number.

"Guddu, you ok?" she heard a worried voice

"Di" Gargi said chocking as she heard her sister

"I miss you" she added and Rugvi got more tensed.

"Should I come back?" Rugvi asked.
