Edian Drosia (also spelled Idian Drocia) was a former noble clan leader. She harboured romantic feelings for the Noblesse, Cadis Etrama Di Raizel.
Edian has short blonde hair and typical Noble red eyes but with unusual white eyelashes. She wore the traditional black Noble outfit. And her soul weapon is a pair of twin rapiers.
Edian was a reserved individual. She doesn't take pleasure in tormenting her opponents unlike some of her peers. When it comes to Raizel, she will actually do anything. Her devotion was deep seeing as she did what she believed could free him from his duty as his Noblesse (which dragged her adopted son into the mess and eventually caused her own death). Her unchanging love for Raizel was strong enough to the point that she sacrificed her life and her future, going against the previous Lord's orders. She can be overprotective of Raizel as she questioned Frankenstein's indefinite stay and his shady background, and even outwardly threatens him to kill him if something bad happens to the Noblesse.
Edian adopted Adam Valentin when he was just four years old after rescuing him from a mad scientist who was experimenting on him.
Due to the experiments conducted on him, he unexpectedly developed powerful abilities which could destroy the world.
She raised him till he was 17, when something happened that forced them apart. (You'll see his story in the following chapters.)
