So it's been like a week or so I don't really know. But the entire time Merida and the witch whose name is Alex have been dressing me up and more. Just the other day they put a fucking collar on me and said 'Speak for your masters' like the actual hell!
"Astrid! Guess what!" Merida says. I just look at her sideways and blankly. "We got you a leash! Now you can walk around!" She says happily as Alex walks in. She tried to put the leash on me but I bit her.
"Ow! That's not very nice!" She says. I growl.
"Oh did I forget to tell the other gift we got you?" Merida asks. I gave her a side eye. "We got you a muzzle too!" She says. My face drops. Even though I've been here for a while they hadn't let me even think about getting unchained.
"Now either let us put the leash on you or you get the muzzle." Alex says. I just glare at her. She puts the leash on me and they uncuff me.
"See now was that so bad?" Merida asks. I just stand up real quick and take her blade. I cut the leash and then break the collar.
"Hey what the heck!?" Alex asks.
"I'm not your god damn pet!" I say. Then I quickly stab Alex and cut Merida's stomach. I raced to find my sister. I do end up finding her but I don't know how to describe it. She looked different. She still the same physically and didn't have any wounds but something was off. I bust in and I cut Ezra's throat. Then we run.
"Thanks sis." Willow says.
"No prob. But can you explain why you don't seem like yourself?" I ask. She tells me that Ezra fucking raped her! "I hope I fucking killed that bitch!" I say. I gave Willow the spell to make a portal which I stole from Alex. We appeared by the water. We heard a ruckus and went to investigate. We saw a pod or school or tribe or whatever of mermaids fighting a boulderslide of kobolds.
"What the hell is going on?!" I ask Willow. This caught their attentions.
"What are you 2 doing here!?" They ask.
"We were passing through here on our travels and we heard this noise and went to check it out." I answer.
"We were fighting over the water. Us merpeople believe that they should ask our permission first before coming into it and taking our fish. Also I'm Hera leader of the merpeople here." A female whose name we just learned id Hera says.
"And we believe that we shouldn't have to especially since merpeople are supposed to be farther out in the sea! Also I'm Zeus leader of the kobolds." A male whose name again we just learnt which was Zeus says.
*BEFORE I CONTINUE I KNOW LITTLE TO NOTHING ABOUT THESE GROUPS REALLY. SO IF YOU KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT THEM OR I GOT SOMETHING WRONG WHICH IS VERY POSSIBLE LET ME KNOW. EITHER THROUGH COMMENT OR CHAT ON MY PROFILE. SO YEAH SORRY IF MY STUPIDITY OFFENDS ANY OF YOU!*
"Well we don't know all that much but um if its that big of a problem then why don't you make a deal w/ each other?" I suggest.
"Like what? We can't seem to really agree on anything." Hera says.
"Well let's see so if you're worried about fish since it seems to be your main food source then why not breed them? Like gather them all up and and enclose the area so that they won't go out but also unwanted predators can't come in. Then while waiting for that to build up real nicely you can go farther out to catch prey and brings some back to sell or trade w/ the kobolds w/ that way they get fish and so do you but also then they have no reason to into your waters." Willow suggests. They look at each other for a bit then they smile and nod at each other.
"Sounds like a plan! Thanks for helping us.... um.." Zeus tries to thank.
"Oh I'm Astrid and this is Willow." I introduce us.
"Well thank you both. How about staying w/ us?" Hera asks. We look at each other questionably.
"If you want you both can switch between us or one of you can stay w/ the merpeople and the other can stay w/ us." Zeus suggests.
"Mom! What's the news about new people?!" A young mermaid comes up asking. She and Willow lock eyes and neither of them spoke. They just stared.
"Sis you're drooling." I say. She hurriedly wipes her mouth to realize there was nothing there.
"Astrid!" She screams. I laugh.
"Dad! Tell this bitch I'm not marrying him!" A teen kobold says. Her eyes land on me and she freezes.
"Um... Hi?" I say. Now she's acting like my sister just now. "Um you got something right there." I say pointing to my mouth. She snaps out of it and wipes her mouth like my sister did. When she realized tricked her she went red.
"Pretty bold of you to trick me like that." She says then suddenly I'm on my back. "Me likey." She says pinning me.
"Shit." Willow says.
"That's not happening!" I say then I flip us and run. "Move your slow ass bitch!" I yell at Willow.
"The fuck you say?!?" Willow screams chasing me. I take us the opposite direction of the two groups and across an under treated rode.
"I really hate this curse." Willow says as we catch our breathes.
"Dido!" I say panting.
"What curse?" The kobold female says.
"What the fuck!?" We chorus.
"Um this is all our land so yeah we know it's ins and outs." She says and then we start to see more. We go to run again but they caught us. They dragged us back but the female was trying to hold me the whole time.
"What was that about?" Zeus asks.
"And what is this curse?" The female asks.
"I don't know what is this eavesdropping on others conversations?" I ask.
"Watch it!" A male kobolds says trying to threaten me.
"Shut up. I swear crawdads are more intimidating then you." I say. At this point the chuckling leader was busting his gut. The merpeople were also enjoying the show.
"I'll have you know you were rude to my wife and our future leader!" He says.
"Dad! Cut his fucking tongue out already! I'm done w/ him spreading rumors!" The female says.
"You know I can only do that if you a suitor already." Zeus reasons.
"And I do!" The female says.
"Who?!" Zeus asks clearly surprised.
"Her!" The female says pointing at me.
"Hell no!" I say.
"Can your sister be my mate then? You know since we seem to be trying to be w/ you guys." The mermaid asks.
"That's up to her." I say. She turns to my sister and she just tries to get closer to me. I look at her and see that's she actually got feelings that fast!
"Um..... permission?" Willow mumbles.
"You have 1 month get to know each other better and if you still have feelings then I give you my permission to date." I say. "But we're staying w/ them and you guys must have a chaperone at all times when together." I say. My sister breaks free and hugs me.
"Thank you!" She squeals. I laugh.
"Sure thing! Now let's go before we have to go." I say.
"Ok!" She says.
"God I'm getting greys and I'm still a kid! Also let me go!!"
