Chapter 17

Your POV

All of us were waiting on the boat as we approached Zevil island. I was aimlessly walking around the boat until i felt someone pull on my sleeve. I turned around to see a smiling Gon and a confused Killua. I just stared at them.

" Hey SIlvia!!! do you want to see who we got??? " Gon asked excited, i just looked away.

" I already know who you got " I said emotionless, Gon looked confused while Killua's eyes widen.

" Really? How??? " Gon asked

" Yeah how? " Killua asked suspicious. i glared slightly at them

" I have my ways... Gon got number #44 Hisoka and Killua got number #199 Umori of the Amori brothers" i said as i walked away. Both Killua's and Gon's eyes widen as they watched my form start to disapierred in the crowd...

i sigh as i leaned on the boat rail while looking at the sea. 'Maybe i was a little bit to harsh on them... getting illumi as my target really made my mood down' i though regretting it. I was about to go back and apologize when i saw Kurapika walking towards me.

" Hey Silvia " Kurapika greeted, i just smiled sadly at him. He raised his eyebrow.

" Is something wrong, Silvia? " Kurapika asked worriedly, i sigh at him.

" Nothings wrong Kurapika... I'm fine " i said as i tried to smile at him, he wasn't convinced.

" What is it? " Kurapika asked, i frowned before looking back at the sea.

" Im fine... " i said quietly. He sigh before patting my head.

" Okay Silvia, but if theres anything wrong please tell me, okay? " Kurapika said. I nodded still not looking at him. After he went away i frowned while thinking of illumi...

" That bastard... "

* FLASHBACK *

I was sitting near a tree waiting for Kite to get back from the market when i heard a scream coming from the forest. Because of curiosity, i approached it only to see a dead body laying near the feet of a man in green with needles sticking out of his body. I gasp catching the attention of the bloody man.

" A kid? what are you doing here? " He asked as he stared deadly at me. I was so scared that i couldn't say a thing. He tilted his head.

" Hmm... it would be a bother if someone knew about this just becaue of a kid.... should i just kill you right now?" the man asked in a dark voice, i started to tear up as i knew who this man was. He threw a needle at me making me black out as i thought of one thing only

'Illumi...'

After illumi had left, Kite had come back only to see i wasn't there where he left me. He searched for me only to see i was paced out pale with blood rushing out of my body. He soon carried me to the near hospital to take care of me. Lucky for me the needle missed a few cm from my heart so i survived the attack, but i never forgot how those cold empty eyes stared into my soul.... i hated him so much...

Normal POV

Soon after the boat arrived at Zevil island, everybody had slowly got off the boat in order. You were waiting for your turn while thinking how you were going to get the badge.

" You nervous? " A sudden voice said, you turned around to see Leorio standing behind you smiling, you smiled back at him.

" Yeah... this is pretty intense " you said as you felt the aura around you. Leorio chuckled as he messed around with your head.

" Don't worry kiddo, Im sure you'll be fine... i know you will " Leorio said as he smiled warmly at you. you stared at him for a while before smiling brightly.

" Okay!! " you exclaimed as you fist pumped.

" Number #406 " the lady finally called. I looked back at leorio smiling before heading towards the island. 'leorio's right.... i can do this!' i thought as i stepped foot on the 4th phase of the Hunter exam...
