Bianca was really excited about today. It was her first day of her fellowship year doing orthopedics. She aced her boards and shes so excited.
Bianca puts on her makeup in the bathroom. Nothing too dramatic, just lipstick, eyeliner and light blush. As Bianca puts the top back on the lipstick, she looks at her ring. She sighs.
Bianca grabs another makeup bag. She begins to apply makeup to a bruise on her neck.
Her and John had a fight last night. Which is pretty much every night. Bianca finshes up and grabs the rest of her things and heads out the door, she drives to the hospital.When she gets there, she parks her car in the lot
"Hey"
"Hey Bianca"
Wanda walks up to her."I got something for you" Wanda says grabbing a medium thin box from her bag.
"You didn't have too" Bianca says taking the box. She opens the box and is rose gold necklace with a hip bone.
"To remember your first solo surgery when you did a hip replacement"
Bianca smiles. "Wow, thanks Wanda"
"You're welcome," Wanda smiles. Bianca and Wanda walked in the hospital and headed to the staff lounge.
Bianca and Wanda changed into their scrubs then head down to the E.R
"Anything good come in yet?" Bianca asks. Peggy shakes her head. "No, just bad reactions to medicine and headaches they think are tumors"
Bianca sighs. "Where are the interns?"
"Chief Stark is giving them a a quick tour of the hospital" Peggy replies.
Bianca nods. Bianca's pager start to ring.
"Incoming truma?"
"Yes!" Bianca says excitedly.
Bianca, and other doctors rush over to the ambulance bay. An ambulance pulls up and Bianca rushes over. The paramedics open the door and pull out a patient.
"What we got?" Bianca calls out.
"Firefighter, a ceiling collapsed on him. Breath sounds shallow, b.ps weak, left arm fracture"
"K, trama 2!" Bianca calls. They wheel the patient over to the room. They transferred him from the grenade to the bed.
"K, let hang units of blood and lets get a ultra sound in here!" Bianca calls.
"What happen?" Fitzs asks walking in.
"Ceiling collapsed on a firefighter" Bianca explains. "Page neuro"
"On it"
A nurse has Bianca the ultra sound. She puts jelly on his lower stomach and uses the wand to move around his stomach.
"Page General surgery, there is fluid in his abdomen" Bianca says.
"Doctor, his arm is turning blue" a nurse says.
"Damn it! Book an O.R now!"
They all rush the patient towards the elevators and upstairs to the O.R floor.

Bianca scrubs quickly. She needs to act fast if shes going to save his arm.
"Hey, what happened?" Peggy asks walking in the scrub room. Bianca turns to her. "His arm turned blue, I need to see if i can save it" Bianca explains. Peggy looks at the patient from the window and gasps softly.
