Jungwon's POV

I wake up with a headache from last night. This time its a bit more painful. Maybe because I drank another glass of wine. Oh God..I'm such a mess.

I turn to see Y/n but she's not there. I turn back to see a note on my night stand. I sit up as I open the letter. Its from Y/n. I start to panic instantly.

Dear Jungwon,
I decided to take a break for a few days and visit my brother Beomgyu. I'm sorry I forgot to tell you but I'm hoping you understand. This is also good for us to take a small break from our relationship. Hopefully you understand. Don't worry I still love you with all my heart but I think this is the best decision for us both. Please have a good day at work. I understand you might feel sad or guilty from last night but I've been thinking of this for a while now. I love you and respect if you are mad at me.

Ps. Painkillers are in the bathroom drawer on the left.

I felt tears fall down. Y/n, she's been thinking of this for a while. And its all my fault.

The pain in my head is killing me.

I take some pain killers and get ready for work with red eyes from crying.

Hopefully work isn't so stressful today.

"Hey Jungwon, how are you feeling?"

Heeseung asked Jungwon with a worried tone. Jungwon, who hadn't had the best morning responded with a cold expression.

"I'm fine, Heeseung Hyung."

Heeseung and the rest looked at Jungwon and shook their heads. "Well, come and eat with us then."

Jake said as Jungwon shook his head a no.

"Come on Won. You've been glued to that computer all day."

"Hyung, I'm busy I can't eat right now."

Jungwon went back to his work as he heard his Hyungs sigh. "Come on Won. Y/n will come soon." Sunghoon said as Jungwon felt himself stop.

He didn't want anyone to mention Y/n. Just thinking of her made him feel guilty for being a bad husband.

He felt a lump in his throat. He looked away from his computer as a sigh left his lips. "She's not coming Hyung.."

"What do you mean Jungwon Hyung?"

Ni-ki asked as Jungwon just went back to his computer. "Nevermind. You all are dismiss, I'll get back to work, oh and Hyungs and Ni-ki, don't worry."

Jungwon's friends look at him and sighed before leaving Jungwon's office.

A few days later

Jungwon stopped being himself. He had become cold and stopped smiling. Jungwon's friends had found out you had left for a few days. And were sure that was the reason for Jungwon's strange acting.

Jungwon had stopped eating and was working day and night. He was a mess.

"This is enough Jungwon. Stop working and come eat."

Heeseung pulled Jungwon out of his seat and brought him to the table. Jungwon glared at everyone before getting up but getting pulled back down.

"Hyung I swear- let me go."

Jungwon felt annoyed as he stood up but got pulled by his wrist. "Yang Jungwon! I'm tired of this attitude of yours!"

Jay pulled Jungwon down again as Jungwon felt his blood boil.

"Let. Me. Go."

He glared before standing up and walking to his chair. "What would Y/n think?!" Ni-ki said as Jungwon froze. His eyes filled with tears. He didn't want to cry but he couldn't help it. He missed you dearly. He missed everything about you.

He couldn't hold it. He just broke down. He didn't care if his Hyungs or Ni-ki saw him like this. He just needed to let out what he felt. And what he felt was sad and guilt.

His friends were quick to comfort Jungwon as he cried and cried. "I miss her Hyung. I miss her, I miss her dearly.."

Jungwon cried and cried. As his Hyungs comfort him.

That day Jungwon dismissed everyone early and he went home as well. He laid on the couch as he hugged a pillow and cried.

But that day, Jungwon didn't know. He had a surprise waiting for him.

As Jungwon was sleeping on the couch, you had just come back from visiting Beomgyu. You open the door quietly, to see Jungwon sleeping softly on the couch.

You couldn't help but smile and frown. You noticed his black eyes from sleep lack and hard work. His cheeks red from crying so much. And his pale skin from not eating.

You bring a blanket and put it over him before going to unpack your stuff.

A few hours later Jungwon wakes up. He is kinda surprised at first by the blanket and starts seeing if you are home.

He notices you are cooking and runs to you. Jungwon wraps his arms around your waist and kisses you. "Love! I missed you so much! Please don't leave me again. I promise I will never do that again!" You chuckle at his reaction before turning off the stove and giving him a kiss.

This kiss was the longest kiss you both had had. Jungwon was so happy, seeing you in his arms and being with him made him jump in joy.

"I Yang Jungwon, promise to Yang Y/n, never to drink or fight again."
