That morning Tom took some more tylenol knowing the long ride ahead of him with joey and gun shooting stuff.

Plus all the yelling or frustrated people when they fail or mess something up.

—-----------

Like Tom guessed, Joey was on and on about it on the way to work.

Tom grabbed his badge as he walked in before Joey to avoid more talking but was quickly stopped by Paul as Joey slammed into Tom from behind.

Thankfully Paul stopped Tom from falling by brushing his hands on Tom's chest as Tom stabled himself.

As joey straightened himself tom brushed himself down out of habit for joey to whip around tom to see paul.

"Hey Paul, are you excited to watch us today!?" Joey said practically jumping up and down.

"I guess. Just came to give you guys the outfits. Everyone must wear them then get in that line with the rest so we can start. We waited for you two since they need everyone.'' Paul said, giving Joey a glare for being late. And pointing to the line of the rest of the workes tom recognized and a few others already in the outfits

Tom was on time because he was hourd this time.

Tom couldn't help but sigh as he saw the outfit.
Army green pants and a white tank top.
Tom groaned as he walked off to the mens room, hearing Joey scuffing behind him.

Tom quickly changed.
As Tom shut his clothes in his locker he noticed Joey staring at him already dressed.
" what?" tom spat quickly
Tom speaking seemed to flick something at Joey that he was staring  and Joey quickly looked away.
"S-sorry just.." Joey said, rubbing his own arm as he approached Tom who was holding the door knob.

Tom raised a brow confused as to what was wrong with Joey but soon understood when Joey poked his arm.
"You're covered in scars from head to toe."

"Oh. ya." Tom said, looking at his arms and then back at Joey with a shrug.
"We better go though. Scars aren't important." Tom said, opening the door before Joey could say anything.

Tom got in line as Joey quickly followed behind him and stood next to him as they were called out by name as they checked their names off on a list.

When it got to Tom's name the man stopped and walked up to Tom as Tom crossed his arms because he didn't care too much for this.

No one was standing at attention so why should he.

Tom raised a brow as the man stood in front of him.

The man had blond hair all messy and had a bag. Tom didn't know what it stood for but he was probably a leader of a group of men at the actual army base.
The man was skinny and stood a little above tom standing straight up at attention as tom only continued to stair.
Before tom could say anything the man finally spoke "wh yarent any of you at attention."
The man's glare stayed on Tom though, like if it was Tom's fault or something.
Tom stayed quiet because Tom didn't care to answer for everyone.
"I asked a question and I want an answer from you! Since you look like you all high and mighty here with that glare on your face"

Tom groaned but before he could open his mouth to answer the blondy yelled again
"Was that a groan?! I am your sergeant! You dare to give a tone?!!"
Tom had enough of being yelled at and talked over.
"First off blondy you're not my sergeant. Your troops are else were. My "sergeant" is Ethan over there technically. And today we are seeing if he continues to be or not. So as of this moment I have no sergeant so I have no ranking so I could be your equal soon. And also..Yelling in someone's face isnt gonna make them listen to you!! Nor acting like you're the leader here! I really don't think the big boss would like to hear someone acting as if they are in his shoes!?"
Tom paused as he glared coldly at the man.
