While both Yuma and Astral were struggling against their foe, the warrior, they heard a familiar laughter, and they knew who it is
"You will not win until you accept the one thing you lack. You need... my help" Dark Mist said and Yuma looked at shocked to see Number 96
"What does this guy want Astral?" Yuma asked, "He's nothing but trouble!"
"You have me all wrong. I'm here to help. This opponent is testing Astral in order to see if he is worthy of keeping the Numbers" Dark Mist said
"Worthy?" Astral looked confused
"That doesn't make any sense. Why would that guy care if Astral has the Numbers? Why would he bother taking Aoi's spirit?" Yuma asked as he looked back at the warrior
"Astral, you know I am right. You also know that you need my power to defeat him and save your precious little sister" Dark Mist said and Yuma looked at Astral with a confused look
"What does he mean we need his power Astral?" Yuma asked and Dark Mist smirked
"It is true. I have things that Astral lacks. Anger, envy, malice. You need them all to win!" Yuma glared at Dark Mist
"We don't need any of that stuff and we never will!" Yuma shouted
"Or so you think. Take my advise and think it over carefully before you turn me don Astral. Just remember... This is not the human world. I wonder what would happen to your friend Yuma and your sister if you lose?" Then Dark Mist vanished
"Astral, he's wrong! We can win this and save Aoi without anyone's help!" Yuma said and he drew the next card from his deck
Small time skip Aoi P.O.V
I hear something... But why does it sound familiar? I started open my eyes and I was shocked, I was witnessing a duel, but who's duel? I tried to move, but I noticed I was chained up. So, I looked to my my right and saw a warrior looking person and his monster with 7600 attack points
'That monster's attack points is that high?!' I looked at my left side, and I saw both Astral and Yuma on the ground
"Yuma! Astral!" I called out their names
"Aoi..." Astral looked at me weakly and after a minute, Astral spread his arms wide "All right Number 96! I will free you!"
"No, Astral! You can't! Please don't do this!" Yuma said
'Number 96...?' I never heard that Number card before
"Number 96, make sure you fulfill your end of our bargain!" Astral shouted as his hand started to glow and I heard a sinister laughter
