I am not saying this is gonna work for everybody it just Works for me
Step one Have a comfy bed
sept two(step you) work on yourself read a book put on a facemask make a daily schedule and it will decrease your stress level
step three take baths and showers regularly
step four just because you need to be in a room for a little bit does not mean you don't like people I advise you go in a room when you need it let's say for one hour and not just playing video games you can do that be a listen to music watch videos read a book do something that makes you calm
step five socialize it will decrease your stress level if you do socialize but it will also decrease stress level if you do step four
step five Right regularly or type regular in a journal or a diary
step six i'm not saying eat healthy every day but it is nice to have variety have let's say junk food almost every day but then you pick a special day you can do this four times a week three times a week one time a week or you just have regular not junk food and I'm not saying no stacks like I'm saying have a Meat if you're vegetarian like have like a salad or some thing have like a main dish that's not just junk food every day
step seven be yourself
step eight love yourself
i'm not saying this is going to work for everyone but it works for me
