School Things!

Y/n's Pov:

Once we made it to the gate it closed right as we entered, shutting those people out.

I looked back for a moment until Eraserhead called for me to follow him. I looked forward and saw the building in front of us.

It was shiny because the whole thing was made of glass and the light from the sun hit it perfectly. I smiled a bit at the sight.

Eraserhead went up and opened the door for me. When I walked in I immediately looked around. The walls and floors were all a nice white color, and the classroom doors stood out with a wood shade of brown.

As we walked through the hallways I noticed that there was no one else around. I supposed they're all in class, which makes the stay-away rule much easier for me.

I turned my head to Eraserhead. "What was that all about outside? Who were those people?" He kept looking forward as he answered. "Reporters. Right now, you're the talk of the whole country."

Huh, I guess it makes sense. I've been gone for about a decade now. It's just weird to be the center of attention of a group of people you've never seen before.

Especially when it seems like they know a lot more about you than you do yourself.

Which reminds me. "You never did tell me what a League of Villains is." If you blinked you wouldn't have noticed it but I did. He shifted weirdly like he wasn't prepared for the question but he was expecting it.

Eraserhead is very strange.

"That doesn't matter, just focus on your classes today." I hesitantly nodded. I'll think about this more when I can for now let's just get through this.

We kept walking until we turned a corner and saw a small white bear in a suit standing in the middle of the hallway. Eraserhead walked up to him while I stayed behind him a bit.

Once the bear saw us he spoke. "You're here a lot earlier than I expected you to be!" Oh, he talks.

I didn't expect that, I thought he was someone's pet. But now thinking about it more that doesn't make sense.

The bear looked at me with a smile. "It's a pleasure to meet you Ms. L/n!" I lightly smiled at him. "It's nice to meet you too, uh." I don't know what to call him.

"This is Nezu the principal." Oh! That- doesn't make sense at all but alright. "Let's get started shall we!"

Right after Nezu said that he opened the door right beside him and motioned for me to go inside. I did so and saw there was only one desk in front of a chalkboard and a podium.

Wow, this is depressing.

"This is where you will be for the whole day. I'm sure you read over the rules Eraserhead gave you." I nodded and then looked down at him. "I did, but it didn't say anything about what I was learning in this 'class'."

It's not a class if I'm the only one in it, it's more like a one-on-one experience.

"Well, you learn the basics and catch up on everything you've missed." He paused for a moment. "And something a bit extra. But we'll talk about that when we get there."

Extra? Like a hobby or something?

I just nodded along to everything he was saying. "Anywho I'll let you settle in and your teacher will be coming shortly." I quickly looked over at Eraserhead.

"Wait you're not staying with me?" I saw his face soften a bit before going back to his grouchy face. "I have my own class to teach. I'll check up on you when I can."

So I'll be all by myself, again. Most people like being alone but I don't know I just don't like it. It's too quiet and I just get sad because it's only me and my thoughts.

I guess I have to get used to that.

Nezu whispered some things to Eraserhead before leaving. I went to sit at the desk as Eraserhead watched me. He stayed until he walked out of the classroom randomly.

I just sat there and fumble around with the pencil that was on it. I decided to look inside the desk and saw there was a notebook in it. I picked it up and flipped through the pages.

It was blank until I got to the back where there was a doodle of a boy with curling green hair exploding.
How lovely.

I saw there were initials, K.B. I hope they don't mind if I use their journal.

The door opened and a man, who I assumed was my teacher, walked in and stood in front of the podium. He had blonde hair that was up weirdly.

He looked at me and gave me a big smile. "Welcome groovy student, are you ready to learn?!" Wow, he's loud.

I looked at him confused. "Sure?" He smiled and yelled again. "Alright let's get started!" He turned around and started talking so fast.

I listened to everything he said but he kept going in one ear and out the other.

This is gonna be harder than I thought it would be.

Okay, so this lesson is weird.

Present Mic, the teacher, turned around with a book in his hand and asked me a question. "Out of the four choices which one is correct?"

The question on the board is 'What should you do when a baby is locked in a hot car?' That's not the weird part, the weird part is the answer choices.

A - Call for help
B - point and laugh
C - steal the car and the baby
D - walk away.

I must have been really bad if this is the type of question they were giving me. "Uh, A?" He did this weird motion with his hand to point at me. "That's correct, listener!"

He also keeps calling me 'listener' but at this point, I stopped caring about that and tried to focus on the time.

There was a clock just above the chalkboard that read '11:57'. Just three more minutes until lunch, I still don't get to leave the classroom but at least I'll get a break. So that's something right.

I just sighed as rested my head on my balled-up hand. When I read that Rules and Regulations paper it said I have to have lunch in the classroom, and a teacher has to come a bring it to me.

This is just sad, as time flies I just can't help but think I was a terrible person before. I don't know why but I just feel bad about myself like I deserve this treatment.

I was brought out of my thoughts when the bell rang. "Looks like it's lunchtime listener! I'll get Shota to bring you your lunch!" Who?

He walked out and I just sat there. I'm getting tired of being alone. My body keeps telling me to get up and walk out but my mind keeps stopping me.

I just want to see what it looks like when the halls are filled, what other people around my age look like, I want to know what they do, say, and act.

I want to see the popular people and the not popular, I want to see the friend groups people have spent so much time making.

I want to see it all.
