Y/NS POV:
I impatiently sat on my bed waiting for Finney to show up. He was supposed to help me with math today since our teacher always explained it to fast for me.

At least an hour had passed when I began packing away my books, until I heard a loud banging on my front door, making me drop my text book in a fright. I ignored it and rushed downstairs where a crying and beaten up Finney stood.

"Oh Finn," I gasped pulling him into my arms. His whole body shook as he sobbed into my chest, (NOT IN A WEIRD WAY) his hands gripped my waist as he tried to ground himself. "shh, it's alright Finn. I'm here they can't hurt you now, I promise." I whispered in his ear, kissing his temple.

After calming him down I took him into the bathroom, where I stashed a med kit incase things like this happened. I already knew who had done this to him, it was Moose and his goons, it was always them. Finney sat on the toilet while I stood in between his legs. He watched the alcohol soaked cotton ball wearily, already knowing that this was going to hurt.

I had him place his hand on my hips for when the pain became to unbearable, he innocently stared up at me. I don't know how someone could hurt someone as sweet as Finney, he doesn't deserve all of this, but I do know that I'll always be there to patch him back up.

He winced when the cotton ball made contact with the small cut on his cheek. I frowned watching the other cut on his lip, that was still bleeding, and the bruise at the side of his mouth. How hurt was he?

I ducked down kissing his bruises, wishing that it would just magically make them disappear, but unfortunately life doesn't work that way. I continued cleaning his cuts for the next few mins while I gladly listened to him rant about school , the fun things him and Robin have planned to do tomorrow and the field that he wanted to show me.

I watched, entranced by his beautiful smile, as he laughed at his own jokes of the little things him and Gwen did together. He always found a way to put a smile back on his face no matter what happened to take it.

When I finished I pressed a quick kiss to the plaster covering his cut and the cut on his bottom lip. "What was that for?" Finney bashfully questioned, "I kissed it better," I smiled looking at his now pink cheeks.

"Well, my lip seems to be hurting, can you do that again?" He innocently asked, smiling. I replied with a giggle, pulling on his shirt collar, practically flattening his lips with my own.

I moved from his lips to his cheeks, finally stopping right below his ear. "Better?" I whispered, caressing his other cheek with my thumb, he replied with a whimper, his eyes still closed.

"Great! Now we can go work on my maths." I said grinning, walking out the bathroom to get my books, leaving behind a very flustered Finney.
