Lucy's pov :
I hanged up then threw my phone on the bed. Did she actually didn't want to be my friend ? Maybe she want to start a new life and she wants new friends. I just hate this so much. I feel bad for mine and Noah's relationship now , I think I ruined it. I went to Noah's office and found him working.

L: Noah ?
N: yes ?
L: ( walks over him ) im sorry I overreacted, o just didn't want Dixie to leave us. But now it's okay .
N: ( hugs her ) it's fine sis , what made you change your mind ?
L: I just called her and asked her if I can hang out with her, she said now because her house is a mess now , and I didn't believe it because I knew she was lying. She doesn't want to be my friend anymore, why do I have to cry over someone who doesn't want me ?
N: you're so wise Lucy , I'm proud of you
L: thanks , now can we order McDonald's?
N: sure , I'll pay
L: ofc you will ( goes to her room. )

Noah's pov :
I'm proud that Lucy ended her friendship with Dixie . I already knew that Dixie will end their friendship after she move out.

I continued working then after an hour, Lucy walked in my office with McDonald's bags in her hand .

L: I also ordered dinner for tomorrow ( giggles )
N: you're gonna finish my money one day
L: I deserve it
N: ofc , do I have anybody except you ?
L: nope
N: then you can spend all of it
L: thanks ( starts eating)
N: ( eating )
L: ( starts crying)
N: nooo Lucy ! I know you remembered her ( puts her on his lap ) it's okay
L: can you make her come back ?
N: I'll try my best to let her talk to you okay ?
L: mhm
N: now eat okay ? Don't think of her
L: mhm okay
N: ( wipes her tears )

We ate together then Lucy fell asleep on the couch that is in my office , so I took her to her room and laid her on the bed. I looked at her nightstand and saw a pic of her and Dixie. I took the pic and went to my office. I stared at it for a long time. I won't see this smiles again , Lucy is not gonna be happy like she was with Dixie . And I'm not gonna see Dixie anymore. My two favorite people will never be the same.

I put the pic in my wallet then went to my room , I got ready for bed then fell asleep.

Next morning at 7 am.

Noah's pov :
I woke up and got ready for work , I arrived at the company and went to my office. I worked for 30 minutes then Jorge walked in.

J: hey Noah
N: what's up ?
J: how are you and your girl ?
N: ( sighs and looks at him ) she's not my girl, and we're no longer friends
J: why ?
N: she moved out
J: to where ?
N: a house that is 15 minutes away , it's my house.
J: your house ?! Why did you let her buy it ? Why did you sell it?!
N: I don't need it , and I knew that she wanted to start a new life so yeah.
J: aha okay , and how's my princess ? I'm sure she's so sad
N: she is , but she called Dixie last night and found out that Dixie doesn't want to be her friend, so they ended their friendship
J: and how's she now ?
N: she said she's okay , and she's not gonna cry over someone who doesn't want her.
J: she's such a wise girl. Believe me , in the future , you won't see her dealing with boys a lot.
N: I know , she's smart and she knows what's in her best interest.
J: you raised her so right Noah
N: I know , and I'm proud of me
J: as you should . Can I come over at night ?
N: no
J: why ?
N: I don't want you
J: meanie , I just wanna see my babygirl!
N: ( gives him the death stare )
J: okay sorry but I wanna see her ! ( starts whining)
N: fine just stop whining like a baby !!
J: thanks ! Don't tell her I'm coming over
N: okay I won't
