I walked in Ben's office and sat on the couch in front of his desk.
"I got the job"
"Great , here's your money" he said handing me an envelope. I opened it and saw 10,000,000 dollars.
"Thanks Ben , needed that"
"Finish the task like I told you and you'll get double that" he said winking at me. I smirked at the thought of being a millionaire. I would be so happy.
"I have a question, what are we gonna do with Noah's sister ?"
"Sell her"

"No. I know you're a hard-working woman and you deserve a day off. Go home and rest."
I walked over him and wrapped my arms around him. He could be cruel , but I knew he had a soft side.
"Thank you" I mumbled through his neck. I really needed a break.

I can feel my cheeks getting red. I pulled away from the hug and saw Ben with a smile on his face. For the first time in a long time, I finally saw his smile.
"A-and here , that's your birthday gift" he said as he took a bag from the drawer.

"Well , I know you did it have someone to celebrate your birthday with, even tho Amelia did a surprise to you but , I knew deep inside you you were sad. So yeah I hope you like it"
I opened the bag and there was a little box , I opened it and saw two beautiful Dior bracelets.

I went back to my house and took a shower. I made myself cereal and ate it then fell asleep on the couch.
