As soon as Foolish woke up that morning he felt that something was wrong. He ran to Eret's room and he threw open the door. He looked around the room that was in shambles. Foolish felt his heart drop to the bottom of his chest. He had just gotten his old-time friend back and he had already lost him again. He knew what had to be done so he called Dream. It rang twice before it was lifted and Foolish heard Dream's voice come through although a bit groggy. "Why are you calling me so early in the morning?"
Foolish was confused, but looked at the time to see it say 5:30 A.M. "Whoops sorry Dream, but we have a major problem right now."
Foolish heard some rustling before Dream said, "What is it? Does it have to do with Eret?"
"How can you read me so well? We aren't even in person."
"Well, first of all you sounded panicky and I've only heard you panicky when it comes to Eret. Secondly it's 5 in the flipping morning, even you don't like getting up this early."
Foolish was amused before he was serious again, "Anyways, yes, it's about Eret. He's not here at the moment."
"What does that mean! Are you saying that he's missing?" Dream shouted through the communticater.
"Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying!" He took a deep breath. "They must've gotten him in the night. I can see signs of a struggle and some blood, but not very much."
He heard Dream sigh on the other side, "Okay, I'll call the meeting to be earlier and come over here now."
"Okay." Foolish ended the call and started to get ready for the day. As he was getting ready he heard his communicator buzz, he picked it up and looked at it. He saw that it was a server wide alert to head to the Community House immediately. He finished dressing and started walking over there from Eret's castle. It took him about twenty minutes which was ten minutes faster than he usually would arrive from Eret's castle. He didn't take the time to let the scents of the fresh nature and damp grass and warm sun to bask in. He needed to get there immediately. When he arrived there he saw that the Dream team, Bad, Skeppy, Ponk, Purpled, and some others were already there. He went over to Dream and Dream looked at him in worry. "Hey, how're you doing?""As best as I can be."
Their conversation drew the attention of George and Sapnap who came over, "What happened?"
Foolish looked over to Dream who nodded to give him permission. "Eret was kidnapped last night."
It took both of them a minute to register what was said. When they did they both shouted, "What!"Others looked at them seeing as they just shouted before looking away again. George and Sapap to at least look at them sheepishly. "Sorry, but what do you mean he got kidnapped?"
"I mean exactly what I say. He got kidnapped. More information will be given when everyone arrives."
They waited for ten more minutes before starting the meeting even though not everyone was there. Dream stood up, walked over to the makeshift stand, and clapped his hands, gaining everyone's attention. "Okay guys, sorry for the impromptu meeting, but we have had an important discovery. Foolish"
Dream stepped down and walked to his seat while Foolish walked up to the stand. "So we need to get this underway as soon as possible. I will just say it. Eret was kidnapped." As expected the entire room turned into chaos. People were shouting, some were silent, some were crying, and all of them were conflicted."Everyone shut up." Everyone then quieted down and Foolish started speaking again. "We need to get to business. We know that he was kidnapped between midnight and 5 AM this morning. So they have around a six hour lead on us."
Someone said, "Who is "they" exactly?"
"They is the Wither Cult I was talking about yesterday. I suppose I should tell you all what Eret is as well and why they were after him."
