Show Time

It was now time to go on stage. Camila and I both gave a quick kiss to Lauren. We were nervous for the show, but even more nervous because, at the end of tonight's show, we will make a big announcement.

We started our set. We made a few changes, but it was first like our normal concerts would begin.

It starts with us singing together: Feel It Twice - Dream of You - Used to This

Then it was our songs together again: Find U Again - Bad Kind of Butterflies - This Love

Then it was only me singing - Another Life - Her Body Is Bible

Then Camila and I rearranged a song of mine into a beautiful duet. Of course, singing it for Lauren and each other

Next, we sang All Again together. Throughout the song, I kept glancing at Lauren, and I knew she was crying. When the song ended, she blew me a kiss.

'Okay, you guys, we have a little surprise for you'

The crowd screamed. I waited for Camila to tell them.

"Well, we bought some singers with us tonight who would love to perform a song for you.'

The crowd went crazy.

'You may have heard of them. I guess they are pretty successful'.

I laughed at Camila. She was obviously joking.

'Okay, Cami, maybe we should just bring the first person out. What do you guys think?'

The crowd screamed again.

'Okay, this first beautiful girl is my best friend. She is the sweetest, most amazing woman, and you could never ask for a better friend. She always makes sure everyone is okay, and her voice is angelic. Give it up for Aaaaallly Brookee Hernandez. '

The crowd screamed even louder. Ally came out on stage and gave me a quick hug. Camila and I cleared the stage, and then she started singing her song.

Ally's song ended, and Camila and I made our way on stage again. We hugged her tightly.

'That was amazing, Ally'

Ally bowed one more time, waved at the crowd, and ran off stage.

'Well, now that Y/N's best friend has performed, you can imagine who's coming out next on stage.'

The crowd screamed Dinah's name.

'So this gorgeous babe who will sing her new song for you is, as you all know, my best friend. She's my CheeChee, and I love her really much. She is a big softie with a big heart, but don't tell her I told you that; give it up for Dinah Jane.

Dinah came out on stage and playfully slapped Camila's arm while speaking into the microphone.

'That's for saying I'm a softie.'

The crowd laughed with us, and then Dinah started performing her song after we cleared the stage.

After Dinah's performance, Camila and I got back on stage. They hugged, and the crowd was cheering loudly.

'So you all know that this big softie has a girlfriend.'

Everyone awed.

'And of course she is here tonight and is going to perform as well. Cheche, do you want to introduce your girl?'

Dinah nodded.

'Well, what can I say about this woman? She is extraordinary and breathtakingly beautiful. She looks to die for all the time, and as our Queen B would say, she totally wakes up like this. I could go on and on. Give it up for my girlfriend, Normani Kordei'

I smiled at them. When Mani reached Dinah, she pulled her in for a passionate, quick kiss. We all awed again and then cleared the stage for her.

After Mani's performance, we waited a little bit to go back on stage because now the time had come to tell them our big announcement.

Camila and I rearranged one more song of mine to sing together tonight, and after that, we will tell them. We got two stools set up on the stage for us. The stage was dark, and when the song started, the wall behind us lit up in all of the colours of the rainbow.

The crowd went crazy, and Camila and I smiled brightly through our tears. I looked over to the side to see that Lauren had been crying too. She nodded at me, and I knew that it was time.

Camila and I kept sitting and waiting for the crowd to calm down a bit.

'So we actually need to talk to you about something important.'

We heard a lot of screams about us getting married and some other comments.

'No, we aren't getting married. Yet.'

I winked. The crowd cheered.

'Okay. So if you could stay quiet for a moment so that we could tell you,'

I looked over to Camila and then to Lauren. We nodded, and Camila started speaking.

'This beautiful song that we sang was written and recorded by our beautiful Y/FN in 2017, as you all know. It was a time when she was coming out and had to find a support system.'

'I often get massages that say that this song helped you come out or accept yourself, and I'm super happy that I created something that has this powerful massage behind it.'

Camila began to speak again.

'You may ask yourself why we are sitting here and talking about all of this. Well, there is a beautiful reason for it. This is us coming out again.'

The crowd was confused, and we understood why.

'Camila and I came out as gay, bisexual, or queer whatever it is. We found each other and fell in love, but there was another person who had our hearts. You may be confused by that, but it's as simple as that. We both are in love with each other but also with another beautiful, gorgeous woman.'

There was a bit of cheering and screaming in the crowd and a bit of confused chatter about who we could be talking about.

'I know this isn't a common thing to happen, but it happened to us, and we could not be more happy with the way things are. She is one of the most beautiful people I've ever gotten to know, inside and out, and I love her so much.

I locked eyes with Lauren, and I saw her smiling through her tears.

The crowd screamed and screamed and screamed when they realised who just got out on stage. Camila and I stood up from our stools. I hugged Lauren tightly, and when we pulled apart, Camila did the same. She got a mic from the crew.

I smiled at Lauren; she looked genuinely happy that she was now with us on stage, but as our girlfriend.

'Of course, now that she is here with us on stage, she is going to sing something for us too. I would tell you which song, but I don't know because she wanted it to be a surprise.'

Lauren smiled at me and then nodded.

Camila and I stood there stunned by the song Lauren just sang. It was my new favourite from her. Her hitting those high notes gave me chills all over my body, and her raspy voice was the hottest thing ever.

We went over to her, taking her into a big hug and taking turns kissing her passionately.

Lauren blushed and looked down. We almost forgot that we were still on stage, being watched by thousands of fans, but we lost ourselves in the moment.

When we pulled out of it, we had a song we wanted to perform together.

My song started playing, but we rearranged it to sing it all together.

The fans let us know that they weren't happy about that, but when the song started, they started singing and screaming again.
