Orb of the future 🔮

Chapter 2

It was evening time in konoha the sound of birds chirping the sight of the sun setting and the smell of ishiraku ramen drifted through the air

Chuckles and smiles were all you could see and hear coming from what shikamaru called a get together every one was gathered around in a circle digging into chips popping open cans of soda and chewing on some candy . Jokes were passed around well more like kiba trying to be funny but obviously the likes of hinata laughed at him. mostly every one else was chatting but Sakura and Ino were fighting trying to get sasuke's attention as always but he was lost in his chain of thoughts to even notice them.

" naruto " shikamaru greeted " you came " " ya thanks for inviting me sorry I'm kind of late had some things to do " Naruto exclaimed while sitting down in the circle between Sasuke and Sakura.

" so naruto what's with the bag " choji mumbled while trying to swallow a handful of chips at once every ones attention quickly turned to naruto Sasuke's eyes sharpened with wonder naruto looked up nervously

" okay well I kind of had a fight with granny this morning and I got mad so I snook in to the forbidden room of scrolls and accidentally found a orb that said it can show the future so I took it without thinking because I heard Sakura shouting my name and I didn't want her to get mad at me please guys don't tell granny I'll bring it back tomm-"

Shikamaru cut him off " Naruto slow down " lee piped up " yes naruto stress is bad for the heart " " it's t-true n-naruto Kun " hinata said agreeing with lee

" okay so Naruto what did you take " neji turned around to him and asked

" it's a orb that shows you the future " loud bickering and shouting filled the air statements could be heard such as " omg I can see if I married sasuke kun " Ino screeched " shut it Ino pig I'll be the one to marry sasuke "

" ENOUGH " shikamaru shouted " naruto you will bring back that orb straight away tommorow morning it's dangerous if that falls into the wrong hands the future could change all actions come with consciences "

" but shikamaru I wanted to see if I become hokage " Naruto looked at him pleading hoping he would have a change of heart " don't you want to see your future " Ino asked shikamaru looked down zoning out in thought he clenched his fist and looked back up at every one " fine but we have to use a memory spell after we seen to future to forget what we see or the future will change "

Every one else agreed so they all stayed seated quietly in a circle as naruto places the orb in the centre of them all

"Okay who wants to go first "
