The day felt warm with the sun hitting the ground, though a gentle breeze let the young boy wear a hoodie as his friend followed him from behind. " It is I! Lloyd Garmadon and my henchman (Y/n)!  I demand all the in town, or else!" Lloyd threatened as I followed behind him. Oh, hello there. I'm (Y/n). I've been friends with Lloyd since forever. We met at Darkleys, he was a year in before I had arrived. We became friends quickly because we both liked the same comics and candy. I liked candy because I didn't feel weird after eating it. It's always been like that. I'll eat something and I'd feel weird afterwards, like, like it had settled right or I'm allergic. But I'm not. I've been the doctors and I'm not allergic to anything.

 Though when I eat I just don't feel good. Candy has never mad me feel like that, but it's not something I can eat forever. Unlike Lloyd. It's like he runs in sugar! I sat on the fountain as Lloyd stood on it. " Gimme your candy or I'll release the Serpentine on you!" He threatened as I felt the water. It was a little cold. " Yeah!" I joined in Lloyds raid. I saw the villagers approach and begin to boo. I handed Lloyd a can and he opened it, flinging fake snakes. I snickered but got hit with a tomato. I whined as Lloyd groaned, " no way! I asked for candy not vegetables! I hate vegetables!" Lloyd fell down by impact. " don't worry folks, we'll take care of this nothing to see here!" A teen in black picked up Lloyd and I. " Bow down to me or suffer my wrath! I'll give you to the count of three! One! Two!" " Lloyd give up" I sighed I let the guy drag us. But I got scared when a red one suggested spanking us as if he's our father.

I kicked the air as Lloyd and I were hung on a sign. " You just made us your worse nemesis!" Lloyd shouted. " Mark our words we will go for your damn knees it's on sight!" I shouted as I tried to get loose. We got laughed and mocked at by the villagers and ninja. " Next time, try paying for your candy" the black ninja smirked. " Do you think we have money!" I screamed. " Crime doesn't pay muchacho, you can take that to the back" the red one winked as the blue one mocked is by eating cotton candy. That's my favorite. But once everyone left, I tugged at my hood before falling and grabbing Lloyd. I pulled us both down and we fell into the ground. I shrieked as I looked down. My ankle and knee hurt badly and Lloyd fell on top of me. " Are you ok!?" Lloyd shouted in panic. " My leg" I whined as Lloyd helped me up, putting my arm around shoulders so he could support me. " I got you!" He smiled and helped me out of the villager. " Mean ninja!" He huffed and took me to the fountain, letting my leg sit in the cold water.

" Huh? I don't remember putting this here?" The red ninja, Kai noticed when he got back onto his dragon that a scroll fell. " that's sensei's bag. You must've accidentally taken it in the rush" Zane determined for him. " What is it?" Jay asked as Kai pulled out a scroll. " It's a scroll windbag " " I know it's a scroll but what does it say? It's written in chicken scratch!" " Not chicken scratch. The ancient language of our ancestors" Zane smiled and was asked to read it. ' this symbol means prophecy" he analyzed as Jay was confused but acted like he wasn't. " One ninja will rise about the others and becomes the green ninja. 

The ninja destined to defeat the dark lord" Zane pointed out before the boys argued about who could be the green ninja before come shit them up. " Everyone stop it! Remember why sensei brought us together in the first place. We're a team. We weren't meant to see this and probably for a good reason. Come on, let's head back home. We have training to do." Cole returned the scroll, but noticed a torn scroll. " But what's this!" "Jay!" Cole groaned as Jay looked at the torn part. " Ew" he handed it to Kai and Zane. They stared at the confusing image of a black background with just sharp jaws opened wide enough to crush a head. There was a bit of writing that Zane tried to make out. " This, portion is too torn to see what is it. it must be part of a bigger prophecy itself" Zane hummed. Staring at the teeth as if waiting for it to crush him. He shivered which disturbed the others. Zane wasn't prone to shivering even in the cold. He returned the page back. " As Cole said, we have training." Zane got on his dragon quickly and flew off. The others joining yet Kais mind was on the first scroll still.

"Stupid ninja. I'll show them who they're dealing with!" Lloyd kicked away some stones as I held my stomach. I was starving yet I hated eating. It's not like we had anything anyways. I shoved some snow into my mouth and ate that but it just made me more cold. I held myself, my leg and expecially my ankle still stung pretty bad as a clinging noise alerted both of our attention. Lloyds rock hit something. He got down and started pushing snow away before finding a lever. " You should pull thAT-" I yelped as we fell down. We screamed as we slid down into an icy tomb. I groaned and felt like throwing up, the cold air hitting my sickly warm face making a headache and a vomit inducing warmth around my face appear. I laid groaning and shaking as a hissy voice addressed us. 

"You are out of your mind to venture ssssso far away from home, little onessss." A blue serpent with a baitful alluring voice slithered over as Lloyd pulled him up. I hugged him as the serpents eyes started to spin, "Look into my eyessssss. Give up your mind. I will control you." He tried to hypnotize us but as we slowly walked back, Lloyd slipped and pulled us both down. A pillar of ice launched the hypnosis back into the serpent. " Oooh" the snake seemed dizzy with itself. Lloyd got up and noticed. He snickered evilly, "No. I-We! will control you from now on." Lloyd held my hand. I smiled but I was three steps away from passing out Lloyd please. " What shall you have usss do massters?" The snake bowed. " Us?" I muttered as a whole bunch of blue serpents appeared. " Our own army of snakes!" Lloyd laughed and looked at me before frowning. " Are you ok?" " I, don't feel good" I rested my head on his shoulder. Lloyd frowned and held me close. " First line of action is getting someone comfortable for him to lay down!"

I woke up to being in a wheelbarrow with a blanket in it to make it more comfortable. I was also surrounded by candy. I looked up to see Lloyd pushing the cart. " Lloyd?" I raised a brow. " What? Wasn't gonna leave you behind" he smiled. I smiled back as I looked around. I noticed two of the snakes arguing about the candy. Oh right. I took a few pieces and ate them but it made everything worse. Candy on an empty stomach is a horrible combo. I scooted down into the candy pile and groaned. Everything felt hazy, dizzy, sickening. I wanted to throw up and tear out my organs. I want to tie my intestines around like a rope. I want my kidneys to be like earmuffs drowning out the world. My liver fitted for gloves of blood as my heart lay beating in my eyes. My stomach cut open and emptied of everything. I can't do it anymore I need to eat. " Lllooooyd" I groaned. " Can we steal real food or something?" I asked.

 Lloyd looked at my sickly pale face and nodded. A few minutes later I'm munching on a ham sandwich. I smiled to have real food in my body. It still hurts I still felt sick, I still felt, weird but no how I usually do. I ignored Lloyd shouting about a sugar high and the ninja appearing. But I did mind Lloyd pushing the chart and getting stuck on some ice, shoving me out. " (Y/n)! You ok!?" He asked. He was more worried for me than the silly candy. " Sensei was right. Never put off until tomorrow what can be done today. We should've dealt with you the first time around." The white ninja tried to get us but Lloyd grabbed me and shouted for a retreat.

Lloyd grumbled about losing all his candy but I shoved a few pieces in my pocket which he gobbled up instantly. I smiled and leaned again him. He put his hand on my forehead. " You feel hot" " I feel icky" I mumbled and shut my eyes as the blanket was wrapped around me. " Rest please" Lloyd smiled. " My ruler in crime can't be sick on me!" " Sure boss" I chuckle and shut my eyes. I felt cold and tired. Hunger again stabbed into me.
