After a few more minutes with Harry, I returned to my other friends, back at our hide out. I got inside, just in time to meet Mal. She was on her way out. When I saw her, safe and unharmed, I let out a sigh. I pulled her into a hug and she hugged back. "Be careful, little sis." I pulled back and she nodded with a small smile. "I will."

After Mal came back, she told us everything. Uma wants the Fairy Godmother's wand, which we can't let her have. "There's no way we're gonna give Uma the wand. We can't just let her destroy Auradon." Evie said and Carlos continued. "Uma doesn't get the wand, then Ben is toast, guys." I sat in the corner, eating an apple with a knife that I always carried around. I watched as Carlos, Evie and Jay bickered, while Mal was pacing around. I swear, it's like watching children bicker. "Great, so we're gonna give Uma, of all people, the wand." Evie said. But that's when I came up with something. "Guys." I said, but they continued to bicker. I sighed and stood up, leaving my apple and knife where I sat and walked forward. "Hey!" I yelled out, making everyone look at me. I then turned to Carlos and crossed my arms. "Your 3D printer. We could use that to make a fake wand." Carlos smirked and nodded. "You're a genius, Kat." Jay said, but then Evie spoke up. "But the second Uma tests it, she'll know it's a fake." I shrugged and licked my lips. It's a habit I have. "At least it'll buy us time to get Ben." They all nodded, knowing I'm right. "And we might need a diversion." Mal then said. "Smoke bombs." Jay said, giving an example for the diversion.
Evie nodded and spoke. "That's perfect. I'll get the chemicals I need from Lady Tremaine's place. That could work." And now we have a plan. I walked back to my apple and continued eating. But then Evie and Mal started talking about Mal's hair and stuff. I rolled my eyes and yelled. "Hey!" They all turned to me, even Jay and Carlos. But I had my eyes on Evie and Mal. "We don't have time for you to be talking about fucking hair. Mali, I love your hair, but seriously, get a move on." They nodded and then the tension built up. I sighed, knowing they were all pretty nervous. I guess I had to step in a be the big sister here. I got up once again and threw my apple to Carlos. He caught it quickly. "Guys, I know I'm supposed to be the psycho one here, but, being in Auradon has sorta changed me. Not much, but just enough to step in here. Carlos, Jay, go back to Auradon and get the fake wand, and then you meet us at Pirate Bay at noon. Don't be late. Girls, get the smoke bombs." I said, making them nod, but I could still feel the nervousness on them. "Don't be nervous, guys. We can do this. We have to do this. We lose, Auradon loses their King. And we can't have that. Losing is not an option, never has been. 'Cause we're rotten." The last thing was like a catchphrase of ours. "To the core." Everyone said back at the same time. Let's blow this popsicle stand.

I ended up going with the guys back to Auradon, letting Evie and Mal have some alone time. And right now, we were outside of Jay and Carlos' room. But the door was open. I lightly hit Carlos on his bicep, making him look at me. But I had my eyes fixed on the door. "Your door is open." I did a light hand movement, making my powers show. It kind of looks like red mist floating around my hand. I walked forward with quiet steps and peaked into the room. I let out a sigh when I saw Chad standing there, using the 3D printer. I looked back at Carlos and Jay with a disappointed look. "It's just Chad." I said with annoyance. They walked into their room and I followed behind. "You've got to be kidding me." Carlos said when he saw Chad standing there. Chad turned off the printer and shrugged. "I knocked." He gets on my nerves so fucking easily. I get my temper from my dad. Carlos put down Dude, his dog, and walked up to Chad and held his hand out. Chad sighed and put his hand in his pocket, before pulling out a key and placing it in Carlos' hand. "What is that?" Jay asked, looking back at the 3D printer to see what Chad had printed.
It kinda looked like an action figure with no head at this point. Chad turned and pulled the thing out. "That's a little Chad action figure." He said and turned back around. I was right about the action figure part. "Well, minus the head." I scoffed and shook my head. "Sounds like an improvement. Excuse me." Carlos said and walked to the printer. Carlos' comment made me smirk. Because I don't like Chad. I don't think anyone does. I was still standing at the door frame, looking at the three guys. "Why are you guys making Fairy Godmother's wand?" Chad asked, and suddenly Lonnie stopped next to me. "What's happening?" She whispered to me. "I don't really know." I whispered back. She could be useful though when fighting the pirates. I've seen how good she is with swords. I turned to her with a smirk. "Meet me outside at the limo that's parked there in an hour. You're coming with us." She looked at me confused. "What?" She asked. "All right. Don't tell anyone, okay? But Ben was captured on the Isle by pirates. We could use your skills." She smiled and nodded. "All right." She said and then walked off.
I turned back to see Chad trying to act smug. "But, if something were to happen, who do you think would be in line to be King?" I head Chad ask, making me roll my eyes. "Is it me or is that I really poor taste?" Jay asked, looking at Chad with a look that said 'what the fuck?'. Jay and Carlos looked at me and their faces told me everything I needed to know. I nodded and looked at Chad. He met my eyes and jumped slightly when he saw me. I guess he hasn't noticed me here until now. He has always been slightly terrified of me. I put my hand up, the red mist-like power coming back. I then closed my fist and moved it towards me quickly. My telekinesis powers made it so that I could move Chad out of the room. He flew past me and out the room. I stepped further into the room and smiled sarcastically at him. "Thank you for stopping by. Goodnight, Chad." I said and used my powers to slam the door shut. "Thank you, Katherine." Carlos said, and went back to printing out the wand.

30 minutes later, I was sitting on Carlos' bed, reading a book and petting Dude, who could apparently speak now. The guys were asleep in chairs next to the printer. Then suddenly the printed beeped. I looked up and saw that the wand was done. I put down the book and walked to the boys. I kicked their legs lightly, waking them up. "Huh?" Jay said tiredly. "What?" Carlos complained after. I opened the printer and took out the fake wand. I then turned to the guy with I in my hands. "It's done." I said, and the two stood up immediately. "Let's go get Ben back." I said with a smirk.
