Returning to a normal life again, Jimin occasionally came to the apartment to accompany the cat to accompany Namjoon. Namjoon also often finds time to go to Jimin's house to have dinner with Jimin's mother, in order to leave a good impression on Jimin's mother, and it will be easier to abduct Jimin in the future.

It has been more than ten days since Namjoon went home last time, and his mother suddenly called to say that she was downstairs in the apartment.  Namjoon took a leave to rush to the apartment, and helped his mother carry a lot of things in the car home.

As soon as entered the door, she saw the kitten Chimney, and when saw the stranger, Chimney was scared and hid behind the sofa.

"You have a cat? I remember you don't like cats, you like dogs."

"It's Jimin's."

"You live together now?"

"No no. Jimin's mother is allergic to cat fur, so he kept it here."

"Have you met his mother? How is it, does his mother like you?"

"Of course she likes! Your son is handsome and nice, how could she not like me." Namjoon said with a proud face.

"Yes yes yes! Then when will I meet Jimin too?"

"Hehe. Let me ask him, he might be shy."

Mom looked around and saw that her son's living environment was okay, and she felt relieved at last. But seeing Namjoon's empty kitchen and the refrigerator with nothing but a few bottles of drinks, she brows furrowed again.

"Mom, what's in these bags?"

"Go get it and put it in the kitchen. It's all the supplements I bought for you, and some of the things you like to eat. I'll make them for you tonight."

"Okay. Mom, can you teach me how to cook?"

"Why do you suddenly want to learn to cook?"

"Uh..." Namjoon smiled and said nothing.

"Because of Jimin?"

"It's mom who understands me, loves you, mom."

"Okay. I'll teach you a few simple recipes before I go back. Call him over for dinner tonight. I'm going to see what kind of boy fascinate my son like this."

"Okay. I'll pick him up from get off work later and bring him over."

Namjoon appeared downstairs at Jimin's company on time, and only told Jimin on the way home that his mother wanted to see him.

This scares Jimin enough. He and Namjoon haven't been together for long, at least he is not ready to meet his parents yet. But looking at Namjoon's expression, he knew that he had no choice to refuse, so he could only obey.

Namjoon held Jimin's hand tightly to ease his tension. "It's okay, my mom will definitely like you."

Jimin took a deep breath and tried to look natural.

"Mom, Jimin is here."

"Hello Auntie."

Namjoon's mother looked at Jimin with a smile, and Jimin's dangling heart just let go.

After spending one night together, mom also likes Jimin very much. At least Jimin is really a simple and lovely good boy. Moreover, in the past few years, mom only hoped that Namjoon can find a person who really loves each other, as long as Namjoon was happy.

On the way to take Jimin home, Jimin hugged Namjoon tightly, lying on Namjoon's back to find a sense of security.

Before meeting, Jimin had no idea. He didn't know whether it was good or bad that Namjoon's mother offered to see him, and what he would do if his mother wanted him to leave Namjoon. Although he believed in Namjoon's love for him, but Namjoon had just returned to his home, how could he be willing to let Namjoon face the pain of the choice between love and family again?

But Jimin didn't know that, even if he didn't say anything about his worries and thoughts, Namjoon could feel and guess all of them. He is no longer the pampered young master, and he knows the responsibilities he bears and the problems he will face in the future.

Everything takes time, and all he can do now is to hold his lover's hand tightly and let him know.

Don't worry, I am here.

When got home, mom played with Chimney on the sofa.

"Mom, why haven't you slept yet?"

"Wait for you to come back. Come here and sit here."

Namjoon sat next to his mother, reached out and touched Chimney, remembering the way Jimin was playing with the cat, and a smile appeared on his face.

"Okay, stop smiling. I'll tell you something. I came to see you this time, Dad knew it."

"Um."

"Last time I mentioned to Dad about your work, Dad said that he would ask you to come back to inherit the company sooner or later. So Dad still wants you to come back to the company to practice first."

Namjoon did not speak.

"I know what you're worried about. On Dad's side, I'll go back and persuade him. Jimin is a nice kid and very likable. Namjoon, don't hate to hear it, I've talked to your dad a few times about this topic, in fact, he thinks more about the person from before...he is not a person of good character..."

"Mom, I know. Let me think about it."
