Once they had all entered, the sound of people effused to one another. The sight of families walking together, children running around; the scent of candy floss and hot dogs filled the air that is compact with people either running, shouting, eating or waiting etc.

The sight was amazing according to Rene, so much so that he was slightly bouncing in his walk toward the rides. Then quickly grabbing his parents' hands, he dragged them to get the bands that allowed access to the rides and began bolting towards the first ride that day while also keeping hold of his mother's and father's hand keeping close.

The first ride was The Dropper. A ride that takes you up to the very top and drops you at a fast speed to a certain distance before doing it again and again at different. It is what you call an exhilarating ride, depending on what you feel about heights and falling at a fast pace. Once Rene and his mother went on the ride and started to rise if you weren't distracted by the fact that you're high up you could see most of the theme park from where they were. Of course, no one noticed other than Rene and maybe some others, too embedded with the feeling of being high up and the upcoming drop.

Once the ride ended, Rene and his mother went toward his father who was waiting patiently on the side with their belongings. "Was it fun?" His father asked.

Rene started lightly bouncing excitedly to tell him, "YEAH! YOU COULD SEE EVERYTHING UP THERE-" Rene excitedly shouted, slowly ranting about the ride he went on.

"Maybe next time I'll come with you, yeah?" his father said chuckling softly.

"YEAH!"

After some rides, Rene's mother suggested they get some food and they walked toward the food stalls and places.
Before long the sun was setting and it was time to head home. Rene was beginning to become tired from all the excitement that he expressed during the time they stayed there, but he still had enough energy to keep a smile on his face.

"Rene, you want to head to the toilets before we go home?" Rene's mother said. Rene shook his head and his dad told him to stay near the toilets while they went to the toilets before going in, leaving him waiting by himself.

As he waited, he looked to see the sky slowly change into an orange, yellow and pink hue. When he looked way, looking around he saw something that seemed out of place. Glancing toward the toilets debating whether he should investigate it or not. In the end, Rene's curiosity got the better of him and starts to slowly and carefully go toward the object thinking one quick peak wouldn't hurt.

As he gets there he sees the object to be a top hat and goes to reach for it. But before he can he hears the rustling of leaves coming from some bushes nearby, before looking to see where the sound came from, his vision began to be crowded with black dots and before passing out he felt a small pain on the back of his neck.

Parents POV
As Rene's parents went out of the toilets once they were done, but noticed that Rene had gone missing from where he was told to stay put. in panic they started shouting his name and asking around if they'd seen him, describing him in detail.

After a while of looking at the employees, there called the police hoping they'd have better luck in finding him. Rene's mother is sitting at one of the benches crying while Rene's father cradles her in comfort, both wondering where their son had gone.
