Jexi POV
"Happy Mother's Day mommy. We love you." I heard the kids yell. They each came in with something. Little August had a plate with Eggs, Sausage, and bacon. Anisa had pancakes and syrup. Austin had Orange Juice. Zander had a gift bag. Anabella had a big Kit Kat and Mr. Good Bar candy. Destiny had a card. Justin was carrying flowers. My friend Katie was carrying another card.
"The kids made this for you." Katie said while handing me the card. "Thank you guys so much." I said while giving them each of my kids a hug and a kiss. Katie was living with me to help take care of the kids, but I really didn't need help.
My court day with August is tomorrow at 2. I decided to leave Ty out of it since he didn't do anything yet, but he did try and get me killed. Oh and that teacher? My court day with her ass is next week. Just wait to you see the dirt I have on her.
"I'm going out. Need anything?" Katie asked while smiling. "No thanks." I said while eating the food the kids brought in.
Later that night
I was out with the kids since tomorrow can turn out any way. "Mommy. I want that." Austin said. "You already got like 30 things in the car." I said.
I got several calls from Katie. I called her back and I heard a male voice in the background.
Me: What's wrong Katie?
Katie: You need to hurry home
She hung up. I rushed home to see what was going on. I seen August car parked in the front so I went around the back.
"Come on kids. We'll come out later to get the bags alright?" I asked. They nodded and started walking to the door. I called Ty.
Ty: Hello?
Me: Come get your friend
I hung up and walked in. I took the kids to their room and locked the door before I went back downstairs.
"Look August. Do you really wanna do this before tomorrow?" I asked. "You can't take my kids away from me." He said while walking towards me. I could smell that he had been drinking. "I'm not taking your kids away from you August. I just want full custody of the kids. You still have your child with Eva." I said
"I'm not worried about that child. I'm worried about our kids. The kids we had together. My first kids." August said. "Lie again August. I'm not the first to have your child." I said. Someone knocked on the door. Katie went to answer it. "What the hell are you talking about?" August asked.
"Don't worry about it. Worry about tomorrow." I said. "You worry about tomorrow. 'Cause if I get full custody. The kids won't see you. If you get full custody. The kids will come to me if something happens to you." He said while walking to the door. "Hello Ty." August said while leaving.
"Why the fuck did you answer the door?" I asked Katie. "First off. I asked who is it he said his name, I didn't answer it then but he kept banging and getting loud so I let him in before he did something stupid." Katie said. "Next time call the police." I said.
August POV
"So what are you gonna use to get full custody of the kids tomorrow?" Ty asked. "She pretended to be dead because she didn't wanna see the kids." I said. "And she also didn't want Justin remember?" I added. Ty nodded his head. "But that was because she thought she had enough." Ty said. "Don't try to help her out."
This chapter is like old and over the place. I did some of this on mother's day. Then I had to go out of town. I will update later today and I will tell you why Jexi said what she said all in the next chapter. I will be coming out with a new story soon. Have a nice day
