Chapter 8

Taehyung thought Jungkook would finally realise himself. He didn't say those to hurn him, he wanted him to be happy!

Taehyung's pov
I went home after that, holding the bag he gave me. What a night! I thought as I opened the door. I hope Jungkook is back by now to his place.
As I went inside, I heard Namjoon hyung complaining about the fact that there's nothing to eat!

Tae: HYUNG!! LOOK! *running and holding the bag out for him*

Namjoon: Oh Taehyung, you're back! And what's that...?

Hoseok: ohoo! Food, let's eat up! We got Jin's hyungs food for
                dinner today

Tae: oh how did you know?

Hoseok: oh just guessed, so it was correct right *laughs*

After a while they got the table ready and started to eat. Taehyung got changed before that.
The three of them enjoyed Jin's cooking very much.
They thought they should hang out again, all 7 of them together, like back in the old days.
They stayed a bit late that night, and went to bed.

Jungkook's pov
I gotta say that Jimin was very happy to see me when I came back. It was as if he missed me. Wait, maybe he did miss me!... I quickly removed that thought. I just want to get some sleep. I feel tired and my head hurts a bit too. I got changed before Jimin came and started heading for my bed. But before I could do that, I saw something on Jimin's table. A picture... and it was framed too!
I took it to my hands and studied it. It was a selfie we took when we were in high school.

Why does Jimin have it framed?... does he like me?

No no, i mustn't start thinking things. He just probably did this cuz we are long term friends. I put it where it was before (not changing a thing) and just got on to the bed.

Just then...Jimin came to the room!

Jk: oohh...Jimin..

Jimin wanted to hug him at that moment, Jungkook looked so cuddly with that pillow he was hugging, and the pyjamas he was wearing made him look so warm to Jimin.

Jimin: i'll go brush my teeth and come

Jk: oh...ok.... *stares as Jimin went to the bathroom*

Jungkook really wanted to know what his true feeling were. He thought whether he should start telling Jimin him or not. But he felt like he wasn't ready... he brushed off the thought again and went to bed. After all he was feeling a bit under the weather at that moment. The atmosphere felt a bit cold all of a sudden. And he fell asleep eventually.

Jimin's pov
After I hut the door behind me, I realised that I left the picture on the dexk. I can't help but think that he saw it. If he did, he must be wondering why I have a photo of us framed like that. I haven't shown him that yet. It was meant to be a secret. Ah well what to do... I'll just act like nothing happened.

After I was done I got out and saw that Jungkook has already fallen asleep, hugging his pillow closely and his hair all messy.

Jungkook usually sleep around 12-12.30 but this time he slept before that.
Jimin couldn't help but get a closer look at him

Jimin: I wish you liked me instead... *smiles softly while looking at
            him*

Jimin switched off the lights and went to his bed beside Jungkook's. After he put up the covers he looked at Jungkook and realised that he hasn't put up the sheets. So Jimin got up and did it for him...

Jk: *cough...cough* J...Jimin...

Jungkook raised his hand and held Jimin's wrist, half asleep. Jimin was a bit startled at first and then after looking at Jungkook again he realised that he wasn't feeling well.

Okayy! So we are at the end of this chapter too hehe! I know this is really cliché and stupid and some parts obviously doesn't make sense but welp.... I can't help myself haha! Just have to write it
