Taehyung pov
As Jungkook pointed to the lake, I realised how beautiful it is. The sky reflected on the lake like a painting. Fireflies were everywhere, hidden behind the mist....blinking like stars.
Next to me, Jungkook smiled looking at the site.
Jungkook's pov
Ok so I'm gonna tell him! I have to know my true feelings and I know he will understand... I don't think he feels the same way towards me but...if he does I'll be lucky.... and just as I think that, Jimin's face appeared in my head..,
No! No.... it's onoy Taehyung... I'm gonna tell him.
I brushed iff my thoughts of Jimin and concentrated on the present moment.

Both of them wenr near the lake and Jungkook quickly let go of Taehyung's grip in a normal way.
Jk: Taehyung... I... I have something to tell you
Jungkook said looking at his reflection from the lake. He was happy to a certain extent that he somehow started to tell him. Now he just have to finish what he was saying... whatever Taehyung's answer was, Jungkook was ready to accept it.
Jungkook turned to face Taehyung and made eye contact.
Tae: Oh what is it Jungkook?
Jk: please don't hate me for this...but...I
Tae: oh no I won't hate you... why did you think that..
Jk: listen... I think...I think I LIKE YOU!!
Jungkook finally summed up his courage and said it. But he didn't dare looked at Taehyung because he knew his face was blushing hard now.
Tae: ......
Jk: ....... uh.. *slowly looks up*
Tae: Jungkook...are you sure?...
Jk: uh.. wha-- what do you mean...
Tae: think deeper Jungkook! Do you really like me? *grabs
Jungkook's shoulders gently*
Jk: well... I've like you for a while now....
Tae: you've liked me *taehyung corrected it*
Jk: I...I don't follow...
Tae: I think you are confused of your new and old love...
Jk: what...I still don't understand...
Jungkook was confused of what taehyung was telling but deep down he new something was wrong too... he just wasn't sure what it was.
Tae: it means you don't feel the same way towards me
anymore...that was before and now you like someone else but
you don't know it yet!
Jungkook was dumbfounded.... he was suprised to see that Taehyung actually knew everything..
Jk: wait... you knew that I like you?
Tae: yeahh I knew... but I acted like I didn't because back then...
you were young and I wanted you to realise it on your own!
Jk: I.... but...
Tae: I'm telling this to you because you are my best friend... you
don't truly love me Jungkook... you like someone else.
Taehyung wanted Jungkook to realise his own feelings...he knew that Jungkook had a crush on him back then but now... he also knew that Jungkook's feelings has changed.
A.N- omg I don't know where I'm going with this but let's act
like we understand haha!
Tae: If you want the answer... do you want to kiss me and see?
Jk: huh..? Wait what...
Tae: kiss me.... and see what you feel.. if you feel nothing...then you
definitely like someone else
Jk: but how do I know whether I feel it or not
Tae: a kiss can't lie Jungkook....so what do you say?
After listening to what Taehyung said... it kinda made sense to Jungkook... and therefore, decided to give it a try.
The night was chilly and cold...and the mist will soon turn into a fog...
Jk: you are ok with it right...
Tae: yeah...I don't mind...
Jungkook stood closer to Taehyung and and closed his eyes.
Taehyung asked Jungkook one last time, then leaned in and kiseed.
The feeling was unsure for jungkook...at first he thought he felt something...but it wasn't the correct feeling...Taehyung's lips felt warm but that was only the physical feeling...
*Taehyung was right* Jungkook realised.. he's been mixing up the feelings he have for Jimin as it was the way he feels towards Taehyung.
They both stopped kissing and looked at each other.
Jk: ..... *stares at Tae and bites his lip*
Tae: so..? What did you feel? *asked gently*
Jungkook felt happy to realise everything now...but he did feel guilty for kissing Taehyung... but simce Taehyung said it was ok, he forgit about it.
Jk: Taehyung....Thank You!
Tae: aw, don't need to thank me... but I hope you understand now..
Jk: Yes... I do understand...
Jungkook smiled at Taehyung and couldn't thank him enough! Then after a small conversation they started to head back. They got the bag they left in the bench too..
Jk: so.... maybe you know who right...
Tae: hmm... lemme guess...Jimin right!
Jk: oh wow! Yeahh how'd you know?
Tae: hehe Just a hunch... so I'll see you later then..
Jk: ok Tae... and Thank you so much again!
They both said bye to each other and started heading to their houses.
